JR’s Pub & Grill has been an Oklahoma City staple since it’s opening in 1986, known for its friendly, small-town atmosphere and legendary grilled onion cheeseburger. When you walk in, you immediately feel like one of our regulars — after all, it won’t be long until you become one. There’s always fresh food, refreshing drinks, and great times to be had here, especially during our karaoke nights. We’re open late every day of the week, so come hang out, play a round of mini golf, and toast to great company as the good times roll.

Nice part 3 course with golf carts. Course was great! Greens and fairways were better than most public courses. Walkable or bring a cart and save some money but play this and enjoy.

1st and foremost I’m a proud member of the alphabet mafia so this review is being filtered through “inclusive glasses.” My wife and I got married on their gorgeous golf course and patio, it was was a magical night with unmatched views. Later that evening all my guests, many also LGBTQ+ members had the time of their lives singing and dancing with all the regulars AND employees of JRs. We ended up making fast friends with the “Ride to remember” motorcycle riders and ended up joining them in this years ride. It’s that kind of crowd there, good times and soft-hearts. There’s been a review circulating that’s laced with homophobia and insecurity and I gotta tell you all, idk Jay and Karen care if the homophobes and discriminative don’t like their bar. They are building an environment of inclusion and progress and I support the heck out of these beautiful people. You should too ❤️

HUGE shout out to JR’S Pub & Grill for a successful Newcastle All Class Reunion, hosted by the Class of 1992 this weekend! We had a little over 50 grads from five different decades attend along with their spouses/guests. The food was delicious and the outdoor patio atmosphere was fun, casual and relaxing for everyone. Their staff was spot on the entire evening and the DJ was a hit! I highly recommend JR’s for your next event!

I came here once before and it took me 8 years to go back. As soon as I spoke to the lady at the bar, I remembered why. Rude isn’t the right word… short maybe. Very short and I felt like I was bothering her. Sorry for visiting your establishment so you can work here. The golf course was nice, but I will never eat/drink here. Not with the lack of hospitality you get. Also, why can’t you pay for all 18 holes at once? You just want me to come back inside so I’ll buy something to drink? It feels like you don’t trust people to play what they paid. (The course was great, btw)

I called yesterday to see if they were open for golf and the lady I talked to said yes and I drove 50 minutes from home to go golf and show up and said there was a scramble and that we couldn’t golf. Terrible customer experience and didn’t get any credit to come back.
