Ordering via tablet was nice since staff was busy cleaning prior to closing. There were no large cups but staff provided two regular sized as a compromise. It was just me so two cups weren’t needed although the gesture was appreciated. Food was great as always. The dressing was well proportioned on the salad. Great selections of flavored tea as well.

Several months ago I ordered a sandwich. It was not good and I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She stated that new people had started working and that could be possibly why the sandwich was not meeting my expectations. She offered me a free soup and sandwich coupon that she would mail to me. I have never received it. I have not ordered from them since and do not plan to again. The food is expensive and there’s an expectation that it should be prepared well. Don’t offer customers coupons or compensation if you don’t plan to follow through.

Great food but this Panera needs a thorough cleaning. Trash and food on the floors including in cooking area!! One cashier available during a very busy time and whom had to check with the manager a couple times during my order. Extremely loud atmosphere. Had to shout to give order and while eating with my sister. Not a calming experience.

They dont give spoons when you get soup through the drive thru idk how you eat soup with no spoon!? And then we go inside and try to get spoons and need to wait 30 days for someone to come service us. Foods gas tho. AND THEY NEVER HAVE BREAD BOWLS???!! We like to eat at Panera, when traveling, because they always have a great selection for kids and adults alike. This particular restaurant was slightly off highway 20 in Dubuque, but really not hard to find. We placed our order via app about 15 minutes ahead and it was ready when we arrived. Well, sort of… some part of the order was missing, but the issue was quickly resolved. The place is safe and clean, the vegetable sandwiches were yummy. Kids has not finished Mac’ n Cheese, which was real cheesy. Overall, we recommend this place for travelers.
