I met a friend at this spot and it was such a great choice. She recommended it because she’s been there several times already, and now I see why. She had a latte and really enjoyed it.

I had a coffee and a toasted focaccia sandwich with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and arugula, and the focaccia was honestly my favorite, perfectly toasted. I loved it.

I also ordered the salmon croissant to go. It was good and you can tell it’s well made, but I realized I’m just not a big cream cheese person, so it wasn’t my personal favorite. That said, if you love cream cheese, you’ll probably really enjoy it.

The environment and customer service was pretty nice! They all were pretty attentive.

I didn’t try any of the pastries this time, but they all looked amazing. Everything looked fresh and high quality. I’ll definitely be back.

This Bakery is a cozy, stylish spot in Miami that nails both flavor and atmosphere. It was my first time eating here, but it won’t be my last!

The caramel frappe was smooth and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—and paired beautifully with their croissant, which was flaky, fresh, and delicious.

The menu offers a great mix of sweet and savory options, from breakfast sandwiches to elegant pastries. The café has a relaxed, modern vibe with plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly and attentive. A perfect spot to get some work done, a quick treat, or a slow morning.

Very cozy cafe with a great atmosphere and fresh pastries. The smoked salmon toast was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee was smooth and rich in flavor. A perfect place for breakfast or a quiet coffee break in Edgewater. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at Paolo Fontanot Bakery in Edgewater! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming.
The pastries were absolutely incredible — fresh, beautifully made, and full of authentic flavor. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. Whether you’re stopping in for something sweet or savory, this place does not disappoint.
A special thank you to Alina, who attended us. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her great service and positive attitude. It’s always nice when someone goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

I love coming to this bakery in Edgewater, it’s right near the water so you can always take a quick walk after you leave if you’d like. I come here for brunch as well as lunch. Their coffee is really good as well as their pastries. I always have to get either the almond croissant or pistachio croissant. The avocado toast is also very light and tasty. This is a great place to work from your laptop or have a quick meet up with friends The service is always very good at this place, they’re very attentive and friendly. I think that’s really hard to find in some places in Miami. I definitely recommend this place.

Was very impressed by the food options at Paolofontanot. Me and my family were visiting Miami and stumbled upon this cafe. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. We had the croissants which were so flaky and delicious. We even tried the avocado toast which was so fresh. We loved the food so much we visited the cafe twice on our vacation.
What truly sets apart, however, is the impeccable service provided by the staff- namely Cladia and Stefan. Really kind and sweet, they made us feel like home and even offered free cookies for us to try out!
Would definitely recommend this place!

This was a random find and we stop to get coffee.

The servers Julia and Sydney were super friendly and the desserts were delicious!

They asked me to be super honest with my review, so I think the only thing I would improve is the coffee: I ordered a cappuccino and it was a little too watery for me, but honestly other than that, it was great
