Came in and only two people were working but they worked perfectly together. Taking turns with orders and making orders as well as cashing people out. I got the Club sandwich on onion bagel to go. They wrap them in foil and it keeps them plenty warm for my 20 min drive back home. Delicious!!

Bagel breakfast sandwiches are good with a wide variety. Poor service – staff seem to have a lack of interest in speaking to or acknowledging customers seem very bothered that they are making your order.

Bagels are amazing, but each time I go there I feel like the staff waiting on me seems bothered to deal with people. I give the bagels 5 stars and the staff 3. You need to interact with your customer at some level and I don’t find that here.

Was visiting from out of town and had a bagel at the Food Hall location, and on my way home out of Erie I stopped here for a bagel and ended up buying a half dozen. They’re incredible and perfect in every way. Great prices too!
