Avoid this restaurant at all times!! It’s unsanitary. The food is not fresh, the buffet is limited, some of the rides and games are broken. There is no one cleaning the food stations refreshing the food stations or cleaning tables. Disgusting!

This was our first time visiting this location on 18 Feb. We got there at about 12 and it was starting to pick and get busy. Its been awhile since visiting a Johns Incredible Pizza and the last time we did they still had actual people behind the counters when you first entered to purchase your food/game cards etc. The computers were fine, but you do have to call someone over to add your military or any other discounts you may have. I’d like to say that from entering the building and leaving the building we did not encounter one friendly or happy employee there. Every single employee seemed miserable to be there, there wasn’t a smile to be found. Now I understand everyone has days of not wanting to be or go to work, but I do feel that when you work at a family friendly establishment and people are there celebrating birthdays and their kids you should be able to muster up a smile or hello. There was nothing and it made this place feel sad and like people were bothersome to be in certain areas. The buffet stations were clean and tidy for the most part, again the employees behind each station were just staring, no smiles, no hellos, no basic customer service. One salad bar nearest to the entrance seemed really fresh and tasty, while the other seemed kind of nasty and like it needed some refreshed items. Soda fountains weren’t sticky and nasty, but again we got here an hour into the restaurant opening. Pizza options were good, hot and fresh and they never seemed to be behind on making sure there were pizzas out. Some sauces and gravies were so completely watery. Ice cream machines weren’t working and the dessert station was not the tidiest of spaces. We chose to sit in the Animation Room and it was fine, the booths are so tight to get in and out of and there were just three of us and a high chair. Again it has been awhile so we always had a room attendant in that small room each themed room has to bus tables, take trash etc. This wasn’t the case, there were two employees there, however they were just standing in the room watching people pile up their plates, waiting for people to take their plates over to them or just waiting for people to leave and then clean their space up. And with the booths being small it becomes cramped fairly quickly. I was taking our trays over to them and cleaning off our plates, and throwing away our trash while the attendant just stepped aside and watched me. I have no problem whatsoever cleaning my own mess, but we were confused on why an attendant would even need to be there if people are cleaning up after themselves. The arcade area was clean, a lot of games worked and there were a handful that didn’t it is a crowded space and they have a mass variety of games and activities to choose from for toddlers-adults and there is bound to be something for everyone. Overall pur experience was OK. There are definitely improvements that should be made, but we had a good time taking our son for the first time, and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

I can’t believe how far down this place has gone, Especially for the price. They charge you $1 to load your card after you’ve paid the entry fee, games, rides, and food. The food is not good! Salad dressings watered down with no taste. Cheese sauce runny no flavor. The only decent thing is the pizza, but it has to be fresh out the oven. Bathrooms are a mess. Out of service stalls with no signs. Pipes leaking water.

Bought a package deal. Tried to use the cards but two did not work. Waited a long time for a manager to help. A lot of the items were broken, worse, some of the games took your credits but did not work. No vanilla ice cream for 3 hours. Missing pizzas all the time, tried to tell manager equipment was not working but did not care. Very warm in the building. Only coke ice, no coffee or hot chocolate. Asked to clean table, only wiped in a circle, did not “clean” the table. Had to get napkins to clean up after they “cleaned”.

Absolutely awful. I brought my class years ago and it was nice and staff was accommodating, but it has changed. Barely any dessert, ice cream was down, pizza wasn’t great, salad dressing was like water. Arcade and rides are actually a huge rip off. We won’t be back. Very disappointing.

Our biggest disappointment was there were very few food choices in the buffet. Even though online it showed a whole lot of different variety, when we got there just before noon, only half of them were open. We checked back for a quick snack about 2:00 p.m. and they were still only about half used. The food that was there was pretty tasty though. And they did have lots of pizza choices. I will say their garlic breadsticks are wonderful and next time we go I will order ahead online to get an order to go home!. My only other complaint is they advertised full size rides. I don’t know if they are full size but they are mostly geared towards very young children. Like 8 and under. The bumper cars were fine even though there was a small area to bump. And the spinning swings seemed to be very fun and good for all ages. The games in the game room are all low cost games. Which is very nice allowing the kids to play a lot of games with their token cards. They seem to have a very nice variety of games to play. We do not live very close to this location so we can’t go often. But we did save our cards to refill for next time we are able to go.

Great indoor place for kids to play. Food consists of pizzas and pastas, salad bar, and dessert area. Great for parties or a place to kill time while having a blast.

Literally horrible experience, First, it smelled really bad as soon as you walk in, like the air was thick, We bought 1 groupon for admission and 2 hours of gameplay plus 3 $30 fun card specials because the kids really wanting to ride the rides, that plus admission for 1 adults & 2 kids was over $150 all together. Which would’ve been fine if the place wasn’t a complete disappointment. 80% of the games were “CLOSED” or out of order. The lines for the rides were 45 minute wait, only 4 bumper cars were working and only 1 attendant there with no one to relieve her for her break so we had to wait another 15mins. Food: what food? Everything was empty except for the pizza. Literally only 2 options for desert. The ice cream machine was broken, when it did work for a minute the soft serve had lumps and then it wouldn’t stop coming out of the machine. The slushie machine only had 1 working flavor which produced nothing but blue liquid (like water). The ice was constantly out. There were no clean tables to sit at in any of the dining areas, we ended up sitting at a table and cleaning it off ourselves.
