Very busy Saturday afternoon, my first time going to Johns Incredible Pizza since the pandemic. Now when you walk in there’s a kiosk we’re you enter the number of people in your group and add any extras like tokens for games. Food is okay and there were a lot of games out of service. Kids still had a good time though some games didn’t work. And for their prizes I think they should add more options like candy or other thing’s for the smaller kids.

They don’t top up selection of food there. Some plates are empty maybe because you only pay small amount of money to eat there. I got one piece of fried chicken and other piece look like someone just bit and leave it there. I got acid reflux or heartburn after that I am not sure if it was the coke or I ate too much. The food made my stomach upset and it was so heavy .

Asked if more food was coming out and 30 minutes later still no pizza, just a few dried out pieces that have been sitting for the longest time. Food stations are a mess. Honestly eat somewhere before you come and just enjoy the games. The chicken was dry and not very well seasoned and the rest of the food sat on hot pans too long.

Besides a few good games being out of order and my toddler being cheated out of her tickets when trying to pick out literally the smallest thing, which was equally UNACCEPTABLE by the attendant. The food area was DISGUSTING. Everything being picked over none of the spills being cleaned up. Tables not cleaned which made it difficult to sit in the more popular seating areas. I honestly could’ve gotten past all of those things if when getting a bowl for soup , not only was there still food build up inside but BLACK MOLD, and I have an allergy to mold. I couldnt even wash my hands in the bathroom because it is clear they also have not be attended to. Unfortunately, We were turn off from eating after that. I gave it to the nice young lady and she apologized but there were only 3 nice, helpful and attentive people that assisted us throughout our visit. My daughter still has tickets and tokens left on her card, if it wasn’t for that and upon leaving her saying, “Wow! I HAD FUN!” We probably wouldn’t return. At least, not for eating. Sorry. 7/8/23

So we bought the $30 groupon deal thinking we were getting a deal thinking it was better than buying a package from Johns Incredible Pizza only to find out you only get 40 tokens, 3 rides and pizza/food buffet and a drink, from this deal and everything costs tokens. The $30 package from Johns gives you 160 tokens free with free rides and games all night with the pizza/food buffet and drink. We told the manager and she actually gave us more tokens and took care of us since the Groupon deal is trash. Dont buy this deal you are better off just buying from the actual business. None of the rides or games were free for “two hours” or free at all, everything costs tokens. not only that there wasnt any food to eat…maybe 2 or 3 pizzas out the whole time, salad bar had no salad, no hot food…and the buffet was a mess nobody was keeping it wiped down…food all over the place. Barely amy games or rides worked. There was puke in the bathroom sink and trash all over the bathroom and when I informed one of the workers they never cleaned it up…it was there all night. I’v been here before and It was never like this. This place is gross I will not be back

Let me start by saying we love John’s but our visit 7/9/2023 was a total disappointment. The entire place was filthy, there was food and garbage all over the floors. The bathrooms were disgusting and someone just dumped an entire bowl of pasta In the bathroom sink. The buffet was sparse and dirty, there were very few dishes to choose from and the wait times for replenishment were ridiculous.

Went for my sons 4th birthday just for a couple hours our first time here and it really was fun pretty expensive for alot of the arcade games to be broke down and he really wanted the bumper cars but those too were out of service but we made the best of it

DONT come at 7pm .. barely any food left. Ladies Bathroom was dirty. Place closes at 9:30 and you can’t use the bathroom by 9pm because they turn off the lights.

Place has gone down so far. Good luck getting help from an actual employee. Besides, when you 1st enter the place. They on top of your every move. Making sure you’re not trying to sneak it without paying. But after that you’re on your own. Bought my son a balloon while paying for my food and entrance. I had to search for the lady who said it would be right there. And felt like an idiot when it was a tiny little balloon. The only thing I look forward to with this place is there soft serve machine. Which of course was out of order. They expect you to pay $26 each person but can’t even provide decent food.
