Awful Awful service!! The owner is beyond rude! I was disappointed with soup and garlic bread I ordered, and brought it up to the owner, he dismissed my concerns and hung up on me!! I’ve been a returning Joe’s customer for many years, and this was a complete shock to me. What business owner treats a long time customer that way? Not only was the quality of the food poor, but the owner himself didn’t care. I was told he had pizzas to make and hung up on me.

4/19/23: ordered two meatballs (always gonna be a hit w me) and this time a calzone. I got my order directly from the counter- the owner and the cashier were very nice and eve tu thing was FRESH and HOT out the oven! MMM sooooo i realize that extras ingredients cost $1.50 more, I added pepperoni and sausage. I’ll be damned if they didn’t give me 5/6 slices of each damn can’t even get enough meat to spread out- I played myself tho, last time I said I was going to get a pizza next time and Wellp… ♀️

Been to this place before and ate inside, but this time ordered the pizza to go instead of eating in and the pizza was already made(if they comment, will say everything is fresh to order) yeah, OK . Tomato sauce was dried up, and pizza was stone cold and live less than 5 minutes away. I tried calling and letting them know and said the food will NEVER taste the same…hmmm so why offer take out then? The guy on the phone told me he would give me another pizza, but I had to return the other pizza. I started laughing, and told him, I’m not looking for a free pizza, but now based on your comment, I’ll make sure to write a review, so I’m delivering on my promise. Won’t promote a place that is definitely not your neighborhood pizzeria and treat you like a pizza scammer when you have feedback. Lost a customer for $20 bucks well $25 with the $5 dollar tip

I have ordered delivery at least 6 times in the past 3 months. I have tried quite a few Italian Restaurants but I love the sauce here which is everything as far as I am concerned. Everytime I have ordered dinner that came with salad or soup and I chose a salad it was a joke. One small slice of tomato, one small slice of cucumber and lettuce. I even called the owner one time to complain but he was not very apologetic and said he gives it for free with the dinner. Well tonight for the first time I stopped in and ate dinner there. The salad was very nice and nothing like what they send me when I order delivery. I mean not even close; so I don’t get why you wouldn’t give the same salad to someone who eats in or has it delivered. I will also say from delivery I never thought their garlic rolls were anything but average but eating them fresh in the restaurant they were very good. They just don’t travel well. I will try to eat there when possible to really enjoy it. Also not sure why I the customer have to go to the counter and place my order and then get my own soda from the fountain. Strange since there was enough staff. I still tipped 20% but really? That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.
