Three strikes and you’re OUT! I’ve eaten both in the building and ordered deliver within a five month span. I want to support locally but you can only give so many chances. When I went to the actual restaurant, we were seated quickly and I was pretty excited about how quick we got seated and our order in. That’s when it went downhill. Our order took FOREVER to come out when it was just my table and two others at the time. Not only that, I had an empty cup after 5 minutes and NEVER got a refill and the staff actually avoided us and the other tables that also all had empty cups. Fast forward to both times I’ve ordered delivery! Terrible terrible terrible! Both times the order was completely wrong. Example, ordered a kids cheese tortellini Alfredo and received a meat tortellini with marinara. How? And lastly, the food has been very disappointing every time. Everything bland and boring. Not ordering again, sorry.

Food was good, service was deplorable. Asked for lemon on a side plate for our tea . Received it on a plastic to-go top. Waitress seemed confused when we asked for fork after eating our salad — doubly confused when I asked for a knife. Could not find the waitress 3 or 4 times. My wife twice got up from the table to look for her. They add a “3% surcharge” (as the waitress said when I inquired). She said they do not tell everybody.

I ate at Joe’s yesterday. They had messed up one of my orders an Asian man came out and helped me after I had waited a bit. The whole time while trying to resolve my missing salad, he was very rude to the young waitress and looked overall VERY unhappy. I think it’s safe to say that I WILL NOT be returning.

Terrible experience ordered Alfredo Tortellini, but got meat tortellini in red sauce, which by the way might be the blandest thing since swallowing sand in a playground. Will not be going back or ordering in!

I had a good time, food was great. Some of you guys should ease up on the negative reviews. They just opened up. Give them a little time to settle in and I’m sure things will get better . I used to order at Joe’s in Salem and it was fantastic. Patience friends. B

The pizza is fine if you like a very sweet pizza sauce. The chicken parmesan was awful. It was a grilled piece of chicken buried in a bowl of canned spaghetti sauce and a side plate of spaghetti full of water that wasn’t drained. They said cheese and croutons on the salad would cost extra?! Then the check was $45 for our family. They ran the credit card and brought it back and charged me $47.30. After asking why they changed the amount, they said that’s the credit card fee. But there was no sign and no one told us. The manager apologized and said signs were coming. He was very nice but the transaction was deceitful. Rosatis was much better.

We went to the newly reopened Joe’s Pizza location in Centralia on 12/23/22. Upon arriving, the entryway was incredibly icy and slippery, very unsafe. We were greeted by a hostess who turned and told an older lady behind the counter with short dark hair (cannot remember her name) that it would be her table. She told us she would be right with us. We sat at our table looking over menus for quite a while without anyone else acknowledging us or even taking a drink order. The whole time we were waiting, our server was across the room chitchatting with another table. After waiting several more minutes, we got up and walked out. We walked right by our server and she didn’t say a word. For a store just opening, you’d think the customer service would be spot on. We will not be returning.
