Called ahead to make sure the store would be open. Tried to get in at 835pm and the door was locked. Kids inside worked waved me away. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this subway!

Firstly, there was no soap in the mens bathroom, and the dispenser looked like it was as dry as the Sahara Desert. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer next to the sink, which tells me they dont plan on getting more soap any time soon. The lock and door handle looked like it was going to fall out of the door, whoever installed it did a horrible job and I really didnt trust that someone wouldnt be able to open the door. Food portions are much smaller than other subway locations. The worker WEIGHED each “scoop” of meat, resulting in a 25% loss from what you would get at another location. The bread was also absolutely tiny. Meat and veggies were falling out, and the worker couldn’t get it to even close when she cut the sub. I did not get extra meat, just the “normal” (less than normal really) amount. Finally after adding some sauces, and loosely rolling up the sub, she handed me the bag and said “youre probably going to need some napkins”. Opened the sub and it was a mess, sauce and toppings were everywhere. I know subways can be hit or miss but this was the absolute worst experience.

I had it twice that when I ordered my subs from the subway app for my family of 5. It would happen that the app says my order was complete, but when I get there my order was NOT ready at all and the guy making the subs says he didn’t know what veggies were supposed to be on a sub even I specifically put on the order what sub has a certain bread, meat and veggies. Until these employees get their act together I’m not gonna beging to this Subway anymore.

Franchise owner DOES NOT ACCEPT Subway coupons we receive in mail. Bought 4 subs. Would have paid $24 if they accepted the ‘company issued’ coupons, was charged $42 since did not accept. They will also refuse to attempt to scan since they probably would work.

Obviously under “New” ownership. This subway was a great spot for about 12 years over the last year the place has obviously switched owners who care more about money and cost then having decent ingredients. They are renovating but no progress has been made in weeks. Old lights are sitting in the coroner right in the front door way. The cleanliness of the store has gone way down. Fruit flies around the veggies and the cutting boards are brown and look unclean.

Great customer service. Very polite and patient with us The 2 young men, made our delicious subs, EXACTLY as we wanted. And I was able to get EXTRA black olives. Other places do not allow that. In and out very quick. Being after lunch, the place was not packed. Clean store. Next time we are visiting y’all’s town, this is a must go-to.

My wife observed a 16-ish year old male employee walk in from the street and before washing his hands or putting on gloves he went to start making her food. When my wife politely asked him to wash his hands, he gave her an attitude. We both got really ill from their food, don’t eat at this location unless you like food poisoning.

The gentleman working knows a little bit of what’s going on. However, the girl is mean and rude. I told her the sub I wanted. When I stated she was making it with the wrong meat (Nicely mind you) she got extremely rude. When I said “If you dont know how to make it, it’s fine. I can order something else” She started to become EXTREMELY rude! Snooty and rude is a total understatement. I hate coming to this location because we always have a bad experience. This trip sealed the deal. We will never EVER be back. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart
