The barista was nice, but the coffee was so gross I got a blended drink it was horrible. I will try again because maybe it was an off day. It took about 6 minutes just to get my coffee the drive through was very sharp to get in .

Great food- keto quiche is amazing- sorry for the bad picture, I ate it before I realized I should get a picture! Great food- We do large take outs for office birthday parties. Always been happy with what I get. Paleo, Gluten or Gluten free- It all tastes GOOD!!!

No one in Salem is doing what Joe Mocha is doing. They brew their own coffee in-house in a Diedrich roaster, they make high quality made-to-order food, their baked goods are fresh, seasonal, and delightful, and the staff are fun and engaged.

I love this place for many reasons, good food, good coffee and I took a friend an iced chai tea and they said its the best they have ever had. Sadly, the last 2 times I have gone I have gotten something that is burnt, and it isn’t good. I don’t feel I should have to take an item if they have burned it – today it was a peanut butter cookie that they heated up and the burnt smell started permeating out of the bag. Obviously they would have smelled it as well and it was so disappointing that they gave it to me anyway. I will continue to go here but if the staff continue to burn my food, I will have to stop. As of now, my tips are decreasing with each visit because of this.

Heard such wonderful things about this place decided to stop in. Very friendly but when I got home to eat my coffee cake and drink my coffee it was all burnt. Coffee tasted like it had been sitting in a burnt pot. And coffee bread was heated and when I went to eat it it was also burnt and very dry. Pretty bummed but oh well.

Been a customer for years! Love supporting this small family owned business!! Their sausage breakfast burrito is so good!! I’ve tried pretty much every Chi in Salem but honestly, Joe Mocha has the BEST house made Chi in town, bar none!! Most of their food items are home made and are delicious!! J. M., has daily specials that usually sell out! Try their BLT, you won’t be disappointed!! I’ve special ordered large batches of their home made baked goods for food days @ work, which are a hit every time!! The staff is courteous and always cheerful!! The pie pockets are fabulous!! If an order is not up to my liking I let them know and the next one is no charge! I say this not as a negative, but as a positive as everyone makes an occasional mistake, and the staff is always apologetic! Try Joe Mocha you won’t be disappointed!! Support small local business!! They now have house made flavored lemonades for the summer! Can’t wait to try all of them!

I almost never write bad reviews, but my experience here was a bit shocking. Always wanted to try and heard good things. Unfortunately, my breakfast biscuit was inedible. The square egg was off-putting, but it was the soggy biscuit and BURNT sausage that ruined it for me. The Americano was good, but the worker wasn’t wearing a mask. This place was pretty pricy and – fyi – the drive through is tight and a bit of a claustrophobic trap. You can’t leave the line once you’re in it.
