We went in to get a sandwich for my grandson. He ordered the chicken bacon ranch. It was packed with chicken and bacon. He enjoyed every bite of it. And it was ready, and no time at all. They are really quick. The restaurant was very clean, and the workers were very friendly

This particular Republican Subway comes complete with the exact same fare you would expect from a sub shop at just a tiny bit more expensive.
My visit included some food that I paid for, which is about all the more I’d like to say about it.
The window came complete with a group of girls basketball players visible outside, and a odd and slightly pervy old man inside looking at them. His exact words, “they are only good too they are 4 or 5, but I love looking at them”.
The bathroom was entertaining, and by far, the most enjoyable part of the visit.
Staff is super friendly, and things are clean, so overall, a good place for lonely single people to go and eat without worrying about anyone wanting to talk to them.

Lots of people from my office order lunch from Jimmy John’s every day. Very fast delivery and great customer service. To me, it’s not substantially better than Subway or Big Town Hero but I know lots of people who would say otherwise. Want less carbs? Order the lettuce wrap.

This is the third time my sandwich was incorrect, usually they just forget the cheese but this time they gave a totally different sandwich. I only have a 15 min break so I don’t have time to go back and ask for it to be corrected. Plus, the sandwich I got today had 2 slices of turkey for 8$. Lots of lettuce for filler though lol

I ordered a Vito and a Roast beef sandwich for my children from the Sherwood store. Jimmy Johns delivered it to my home and I took it to my children who live in Beaverton. They are sick and were not able to leave their home. I get half way back to Sherwood and my son sends me a text that neither of the sandwiches have meat on them. I call Jimmy Johns and tell them what happened. Instead of just making it right, they tell me that they need to incorrect sandwiches back first, this is crazy. I tell them that is fine but I am half way between Beaverton and Sherwood and will need to turn around and get them. I asked them if I was going to get a discount or anything for this error and for me having to go back and get the sandwiches and bringing them into the store. Their solution was that they make the correct sandwiches and redeliver them to me sometime after I am home with the incorrect sandwiches. Of course they could not tell me when that would be. I would then have to take them back out to Beaverton. It made more sense for me to bring them into the store which was not what they wanted. The store manager would not even speak with me. They just kept making their employee relay everything to me. We love their food but this is not the first time that we have gotten a wrong order or something incorrect or them taking 90 mins for a delivery after we had a set delivery time. The last 6 months have been horrific. Today actually really upset, it was just a really awful customer experience. They never even apologized for the error. Instead they made me feel like a criminal for their error.

Second time in a row I ordered a sandwich, paid for it. The first time took one hour to get the sandwich. Had not order for months because of that. So today, May 7th 2025. I ordered a sandwich. So I am thinking since I ordered it at 9:58. Took my information and card info too. My lunch being @11:30 am. It should be here by my lunch. Nope. So I call. Like anybody would. It did not get ordered. But I ordered it. We’ll it didn’t go through. Not because of me or my card or info. But because they failed again to deliver a sandwich in an hours worth of time. So I am writing to say. Go somewhere else. I most definitely will. Jersey Mike’s. So wrong.

Terrible, Terrible service. Yes, it was a Saturday and a very busy lunch hour. I placed my order online as I was leaving Walmart. I walked in (about 7 minutes after my order was placed) and saw there weren’t any orders laying around. One gal asked if I had been helped and I told her I had an online order. That was about 10 minutes after my order was placed. She said there were a few orders ahead of mine and wasn’t sure on timing. Okay cool, no problem. I go back out and wait in my car for another 10 minutes.. come back in, still nothing. I’ve seen more people order and everyone who was in there the first time I was in there, is gone. I ask again how much longer. They say I’m up next. Now I’m seeing all the people who just ordered get their sandwhiches.. 40 minutes have passed at this point and I’m furious. I demanded a refund and walked out. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at this location and nothing can justify the time I wasted and my sandwiches still not being done.
