You guys surprised me. I love this place. It reminds me of my in-laws sub shop 25 yrs ago. (They were from New Jersey and New York). And that’s the last time I’ve had a good sub. This is like how it used to be. I was not expecting the sub to be filled w meat, provolone (yes ppl just provolone), perfect amt of mayo and you even got the vinegar and seasoning perfect. Thanks for bringing the right way of making subs to Arizona!

Excellent sandwich. Ordered the Gargantuan. It is HUGE. Their prepackaged brownies are gooey and delicious too. Ordered online and it was ready when I picked up. The staff was friendly as well.

DO NOT GO HERE PICK LITERALLY ANY OTHER JIMMY JOHNS. they will mess up your order tell you you have a store credit and then not honor it when you come in next time. Also they don’t have manager working weekends so if something happens there’s nothing they can do for you.

Sandwiches are a hit or miss with this particular restaurant. It’s either well done or its just one big sloppy mess falling out of my bread. I order the same thing every time and it’s either has too much vinaigrette and oils or not enough. This latest order they decided to give me barely any drink and fill more than 3 quarters of our large 30oz cups with ice. I gave an extra star due to the fact that JJ can actually deliver to us now after living here for 5 years and they’re only about a mile and a half away. When I do come into their store, staff is pretty casual with their customers.

Not acceptable. 23 minutes from time we walked in until our two subs were ready. The place was PACKED. Sure, plenty of Covid signage but it’s meaningless if not managed. Arrived at 11:35 am. Staff was overwhelmed with not only the foot traffic but also online orders coming in and orders that were for delivery. This is why the place was so crowded. They could not get the orders done quickly enough to move people out of the store. And – too many customers not wearing face coverings. The order was completed correctly, so points for that. The fresh-brewed ice tea was weak and blah. Poor management. Have never experienced these conditions at any other Jimmy Johns across several states.

Twice I’ve ordered (and PAID) for extras on a sandwich, and twice it was not on the sandwich when delivered. They refused to refund me, and make false promises of “free sandwiches on the app”. Still no free sandwiches, still no refunds. Management makes zero attempt to reconcile. This location is hot garbage.

This staff at this location is awesome! I accidentally typed my address into Uber Eats app incorrectly and my order was delivered to the wrong address ( or the right one technically) and when I called the store to see if the order was picked up the manager informed me I had given the wrong address. Even though I made an airhead mistake they remade the sandwiches and delivered to me in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Jimmy John’s Team!! I will need to stop by and visit your tip jar. 🙂

I asked the girl if it was possible to substitute my ham for more turkey on my sandwich. Her response “ofcourse, not a problem”. Employee needs to acknowledge what the word “substitute” means. Charging me an extra 2 dollars, is ridiculous sense you took the ham off. Would have been nice to know.
