Just had a delivery and I put cash. Once he got here he said he didn’t have change for the bill I had. That’s fine, I went and got change and headed my son a little more and told him he would need change. I assumed he had change for the $20 verse the bigger bill. I assumed that since I put cash he would arrive with some cash. Just in case he needed change. My son id need $5 back and the older gentleman said thanks and walked out. I don’t care to tip but just to take the money and dip out is kinda rude. Definitely do not wanna reorder here for greedy employees.

I wish I had another Papa John’s on my way home….I rarely have a good experience with this location. I keep trying though every so often, because I know management & employees change often in restaurants. How hard is it to make a pizza?

This time we ordered was not a pleasant experience. The lady at register talked so fast you couldn’t understand a word she says and seemed annoyed when I couldn’t understand her still after the third time I had to ask her WHAT. Service time to get pizza is always fast. Unfortunately that could have had something to do with our horrible pizza that was under cooked. We ordered a regular crust with 3 toppings and the crust was limp not even close firm. Then cheese was barely melted. Over all quality very poor.

I always order in the app and drive to pick it up. It’s always clean inside when I visit and I never have to wait long. They could do a bit better at cutting the pizzas thoroughly, especially the Papadias. Sometimes they seem slightly undercooked as well. But I do keep coming back for more.

I called a week in advance to place an order to feed a bunch of students. Papa johns was 40 minutes late to delivering the pizza. They didn’t call and warn me. I called twice and spoke to the manager, as I had hungry students waiting, and the manager never apologized. He just said they were running late. Once the pizza arrived 40 minutes late, it was warm and the delivery man was amazing. He apologized and helped us carry the pizzas to where the students were waiting. However, a warning on late pizza would’ve been helpful.

I placed an order on the mobile app, and part of my order was cheese sticks with garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce. Almost every single time I’ve ordered this in the past I ended up with pizza sauce despite my specifying garlic, so I decided to call them just to reiterate my order (I’m sure it’s super easy to overlook so I wasn’t calling to complain, I just wanted it right this time). The guy who answered the phone was very friendly, my order was done super quickly, and they even gave me extra cheese and some extra garlic sauce for free. Great customer service and great food.

It’s 9pm on a Friday night, with friends over: I went through the “less than enjoyable” long process of figuring out what everyone wanted. We decided Papa John’s. Then everyone had to settle on what they wanted to eat. Finally, I placed the order on the my app, and when I got all the way to the end at the “confirm payment” screen…a box pops up and says [Store unavailable.] WTH???
So, I called the store. I was told that the manager had just turned off the order capability because they were going to have their floors cleaned. Ok. So I’m glad for clean floors….but why would a business (manager) have that done on a busy Friday (or Saturday, or Sunday) night. Why not on a Tuesday night or Wednesday night??? And why not have it done in the middle of the night, after closing (like other businesses do)??? Not smart and not good for business.

We usually get a pretty good pie from there.
The one we ordered today was not good at all.
It tasted like they put a cup of sugar in the sauce that was on it and there was a big amount of toppings not on there. I don’t know when the change went into affect but it’s not worth the price anymore.
