Ordered 2 subs – both came out COLD. I know there are cold sandwiches but these were cold as though they were sitting around for awhile. The employees were behind the deli counter, so you couldn’t hear them asking what I wanted on my sub. Difficult to communicate.

I understand that the restaurant industry isn’t always a pleasant place to work especially because of rude customers. We’ll….i placed a rather large order. Understanding that I was gonna wait when I got here (which I totally understood & was ok with waiting) I asked the two younger gals what’s the estimate. I got snapped at with “well people usually order with days in advance” I told her I understand. I would just like to know an estimate time of wait. To see if I should come back or not. As they were obviously currently working on the order. Again I got the nasty attitude. An older gal stepped in, apologized and said I’ll get an answer here shortly. They snapped at her too!!!!! Then another employee tried lecturing me on why ordering the way I did was not ok. I, again tried explaining that I understood and was ok with waiting thats why I asked in case I had to come back. He talked over me. Ultimately I did get frustrated and told him we won’t be ordering here. The attitude was uncomfortable and unnecessary

Place was very clean. However we were not welcomed when we came in, they wouldn’t take my cash. And when I said thank you I was ignored. I believe the staff might need to work on greetings and such. Have a great day! The sandwiches never fail though

Don’t go here. Sandwiches are moderately expensive. They have you pay before your order. If you don’t tip, they don’t have to make a good sandwich. They made my sandwich with disgusting slices of gristle. I ordered for take out and didn’t feel a tip was needed.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, not only couldn’t she figure out the register, but all three sandwiches are the same and not even close to what we ordered! She was obviously high too and also smelled like it. Not happy.
