I placed an order from Jimmy John’s today for lunch. I had the turkey Tom sandwich which came with turkey lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers. The bread that I chose was the French bread. It was so hard that I couldn’t eat it I had to eat the inside of the sandwich (meat and veggies). I paid $9.20 for the sandwich delivery fee and tax. I tipped the runner three dollars. I feel like I’ve wasted money So I can pretty safely say? I won’t be ordering from here anytime soon…. if ever!

Went here for the first time over the weekend. The manager Lisa, and her staff, were super friendly and courteous. I’d never been to a Jimmy John’s before, but they were super helpful in assisting me to navigate the menu. Great sandwiches, will definitely come back again!

This is one of my favorite Jimmy Johns locations! I pop in here for lunch and even if they’re extremely busy they get me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Fast and efficient service. And the bicycle delivery drivers are courteous. Definitely hit them up if you’re in the area

Why can’t you get my order right?!? This is the 3rd time this has happened! Maybe y’all are moving a little too fast. I re-read my order twice and then checked my receipt twice. This is not what I ordered. If your out of an ingredient, don’t offer it online OR call the customer, it’s really that simple. Thanks for a tasteless lunch. -_-

I’ve never actually been in the store, but have gotten delivery a few times, and it is the fastest delivery in town. The sandwiches themselves are good, not amazing, but definitely adequate and the bread is particularly tasty. The delivery people are always friendly and polite. A really good option if you can’t manage to tear yourself away from your desk. They do large orders as well.
