I love Jimmy John’s # 6 veggie. This place is worst Jimmy John’s location I have seen. They cutting cost I think by not adding avacado spread. It making sandwich taste different- bad. Plus they did not have bunch of chips flavors. It’s sad it’s close to my work and I cannot go again!

Well I read some of the reviews and there not to good but my experience was wonderful, this was my 1st time here and I ❤ Jimmy Johns… it was clean and I was greeted by the same young man who took my order and fixed my sandwhich….he did exactly what I asked for….I’m pretty simple…I just add things and I want easy lettuce…I don’t know if I was just really hungry or it was really so darn good…Nom Nom Nom…I will be back!

This place is super clean with fast and friendly service. I have eaten inside a few times but mostly delivery. My order is always delivered fast without any mistakes. Not one in all the times I ordered. Pretty good guys! The food is always fresh and tastes great. I do mods on my order and they always accommodate to exact specifications. I really appreciate their attention to details. Keep up the great work and if you want a great sandwich, try this one.

this location is very good for delivery, they are very fast and had never issues with my orders. My office order very often at least once a week and even if we get different delivery guys they are always nice and had never a issue with our food or delivery time. Keep it up!!

Normally i love this jimmy johns and there is an awesome guy who works there. Today he was not there, Josse answered and took my order, she was not very friendly and she got frustrated when i asked if she had the address to deliver. Normally the guy takes the order correct. He repeats my order and verifies the address. She left the lettuce and tomato off my Luna sandwich that clearly comes with lettuce and tomato. All i did was ask for cheese and mayo to be added. When i call back Josse told me she didn’t know i wanted lettuce and tomato, when i asked for her manager she slammed the phone down and loudly explained her story first then her very polite manager Paula got on the phone and helped fix this rude situation. I still love this jimmy johns but Ms. Josse needs to be retrained. Thank you

These stores are awesome. You can never get a bad sandwich here. Options #6 & #13 are vegetarians but other than that you can get all kinds of great sandwiches. Service is good here and place is clean as a whistle. Their bread I think is best.

Terrible customer service. Waited for about 45 min without any word and get a phone call at 9:03pm saying that my order was not going to be delivered due to the driver’s vehicle breaking down. He said nobody else was going to deliver my order and it was past 9pm when they closed now. Quite irritated that it took them this long to inform me as I could have hopped in my car to go grab it down the street myself well before their closing time. I could have gone to the store before then to get their food. All in all poor customer service with the attitude of the guy on the phone.
