Never again will I go to Jimmy Johns. Got home and opened my sandwich, I’m not even kidding on one side there was a single one layer piece of thin turkey and the other side had a tiny bit more. I can’t see paying $10 for hardly any meat. Not to mention no flavor with just lettuce and tomatoes.

A little difficult to find off the highway exit, but once I passed the turn off for Holiday Inn I realized I went too far. Zipped around and was greeted by a beautiful store. Clean and full of busy bee workers ready to make my lunch. The Turkey Tom is always my favorite. I was serviced by an excellent team of sandwich makers. They were nice and ready to help. Clean bathroom and overall excellent location. I would highly recommend. Thanks for making my lunch while traveling A+.

Jimmy John’s is known to be freaky-fast. Took 35 minutes to get food. The worst part is you don’t get greeted to know when to order. Service has just gone downhill in the time I’ve gotten sandwiches from Jimmy John’s.

I think someone forget to let them know that one of the mottos for Jimmy John’s is “Freaky Fast”. Took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich from the drive through. And that didn’t count the 3 minutes I sat at there waiting for anyone to take my order initially. There was only 2 other customers inside and it looked like they already had their food too.

Employee just finished using restroom didn’t flush.. urine still foaming in tolite bowl didn’t wash hands the sink was dry decided I am not eating jimmy johns after that and left 08/22/23 at 11:55am

I have been disappointed by this store one too many times. I have ordered from them many times and keep having a bad experience. I have a lot of food allergies and it’s hard enough for me to eat out as it is. When I find a place that I can actually eat at with no issues, it’s sad when they don’t provide a positive experience. I’ve ordered online multiple times or through the door dash app and then they will call and say they aren’t doing delivery for the remainder of the evening because their driver has gone home. This has happened on far too many occasions. I order with plenty of time before closing. But they will call a few minutes before they close to tell you they are canceling the order. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers or the service they provide.

Jimmy Johns Store #1970 on Bull Run Dr. Columbia, provides consistently the worst fast food experience I have ever experienced. I don’t leave reviews unless there is a serious issue like I am about to mention. If you read other reviews about this place, you will see a trend among key topics in peoples’ complaints, and they are yet to be addressed. This is the closest location to my job and my home, so I have ordered here on several occasions. They, regularly fail to include items in orders (chips and cookies), or they completely ignore any sandwich customization/make entirely the wrong sandwiches. The only thing that I CAN count on when I order from this location is that I will have to contact them after the order has arrived and explain what they screwed up this time. In no exaggeration, I have had easily 15 of 20 orders messed up. I understand the occasional mistake when you are busy, or training new staff, but this frequency of failure is frankly, unacceptable. It is a major inconvenience to have a delivery botched, which then requires you to drive to the store and ask somebody to make it right. By that point, You have created a redundancy of the delivery driver and paid a tip + the delivery fee just to drive to the shop. Today I was offered a discount of $1.05 to buy an additional sandwich to replace the one that they had completely screwed up. This service is lousy and needs to be addressed.
