They could do some things inside to make it look nicer and cleaner. But the food I waited a little longer than I thought I should for. It’s very hot and fresh. So the food was worth the wait. I’m glad I didn’t want to sit there to eat though. Could use some renovations.

The employees can’t get an order correct. The only way to fix it is to come back for the correct item or refund. No apology or anything. Just a crap attitude from the manager who can’t manage her crap team!

7/24/21. Ordered the eggnormous burrito and they only put one 1/4 the size they are supposed to be. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese crossainwhich and they put sausage and ham on it. Those are probably some of the easiest things to make and yet they still messed it up. Gave us no receipt either after they held onto our card for over 10 minutes. But at least they got our drinks right. 10/10 do not recommend eating here.

Waited o er 10 minutes at the window and They forgot 2 sandwiches in my order…I didnt realize it until I was home..too far to drive back and not worth the trip…it has to be one of the worst store in the franchise…they definitely take the fast out of fast food too

BK fries are not for me. They taste ways to artificial. But they do make decent burgers. It’s not the best, but decent. For a quick meal that is filling, BK isn’t bad. This one in Quarryville has always been delightful, and with minimal staff, it still performs within reasonable expectations. Keep up the good service. Would LOVE if the food could taste better.

I went to BK in QVille on June 26th, 2025 approximately 6:40PM.
I ordered three items, in which one item was for my son who is terminally ill and can NOT have certain food items, so as a father – before coming home with the wrong food/condiments on his burger, I quickly (yes, very quickly, I would say a total of 7 seconds) checked the burger to be sure it was what we ordered.
The oh so kind “shift leader” who was running the second window this evening within a total of SECONDS of her handing me my bag with my food items in it and me checking it she popped opened the window and said “ummm excuse me is there something I can help you with?” (With a disrespectful attitude) I said “oh no ma’am I do apologize I was just checking my order right quick” she proceeded to say “ok well, I am timed here so you need to leave the drive thru” and proceeded to SLAM the window! I was not able to get her name! It also does not have her name listed on the rcpt either – I know we don’t have many classy, efficient, helpful workers now a days, especially in Quarryville, but it’s a shame you can’t even be a little kind to others.
This is a reminder that you never know what someone is dealing with, or battling in their lives, and a quick 10 seconds of me sitting in the drive thru checking my terminally ill sons burger, shouldn’t be a cause for a disrespectful attitude and a slammed window in my face as I was still speaking.
Do better. Be a better human. And I’ll pray that life never kicks you while you’re down. Love those around you, and yourself enough to have respect for others – I mean, all in all, you did choose customer service. You could’ve chosen a different industry if you are that miserable, or worried about your “time”
What’s timed? Lol… did I sit and complain when it took you all longer than necessary to pump out three food items (that are sitting in the warmer) no. I didn’t, I smiled and thanked you. We all have bad days, I understand, but learn to fake it till you make it- especially considering you are a “team leader” I would hate to see the type of service the other team members put out if your team leader is as rude as she was today.

It was good but i really wish the workers all still said “you rule “ as they were obligated to in the past it brought my spirits up and made me feel more welcome when they told me i rule. Besides that they have a good establishment.

i guess you guys are pickle-phobic or something. i got a king sized burger and not a single pickle. i didnt ask for extra because usually they put the perfect amount. who eats a burger without pickles. crazy people.
