I regularly come to this place for my winter comfort food Phò. The soup taste has been consistent and they serve quick. I never have waited longer than 10minutes. The portion is good, I order regular as it’s enough for me. I tried the large and I did not finish it. Price is reasonable and tip option does not start at 20% (as low as 10%). Also, my favorite pot of Jasmine tea is free. Highly recommended.

The place is ok, the satay soup was not really satay, it was like a regular spicy pho compared to other ones I’ve tried, did not enjoy the soup honestly, however the owner was very friendly and I liked that they have other menu options, like cheeseburgers for kids and the size was quite generous for a good price. The owner came out with freezie treats for my kids which of course was nice. We tried the desserts and they were amazing. Overall it was a very good customer experience but wouldn’t come back because I am a satay lover but this satay did not meet expectations.

My mom had never had Vietnamese food before coming here and what a great first experience! She really enjoyed her Beef Vermicelli (as did I), and we both really liked the spring rolls as well! I got the Spicy Lemongrass Beef Pho which wasn’t bad but I can’t say I loved it, however I’d say that was more to do with personal preference rather than the quality. Would definitely come back!

We picked this place because of the name. Comical and entertaining. The food was ok. Ordered on skip. Not the typical Pho experience. The broth came separate as it should but the meat was cooked, the noodles were over cooked, everything in the bowl without broth was hot and cooked/overcooked. The green onion cake was going stale…. I thought skip was pretty fast but I suppose it could go chewy in a short period of time. Either way, not impressed. This place was pho king bad. But their puns are great!!!

Great place for Vietnamese. Got the biggest, tastiest, cheapest coconut fried shrimp here. 6 big piece for $8! The Pho was good and we got a vermicelli bowl that was very tasty as well. Would recommend and will return.

Great Vietnamese restaurant. The spring rolls are delicious and served hot. Been here a few times over the years and have always enjoyed the food. The Vietnamese coffee is really good. The restaurant is smaller and the building is older but recently renovated so don’t let that deter you from coming. Good menu with a good variety of choices.

We stopped here for dinner after attending a plant and craft fair on Alberta Avenue. My son recommended it because they eat the Pho from here all the time. It’s an unassuming building but when you walk in it actually has quite a few tables. It’s very clean and has a cozy, quiet, light atmosphere. And the seating is quite comfortable.

The service was very fast and friendly. The menu has a large selection as would be expected from a Pho restaurant but it also has quite a few western dishes as well. Once ordered, your dishes arrive quite quickly and they are fresh and hot. And I love how they bring the ice water – a glass of water with ice along with a corked bottle of ice water.

We had Spring Rolls for an appetizer which we shared – they were very good and very HOT (as in temperature), I had the Queen’s Special Vermicelli Bowl (chicken, beef, shrimp, spring roll and a fried egg) with accompanying fish sauce and peanuts. My companions had the Spicy Seafood Pho (hot and sour soup with lobster balls, fish tofu, imitation crab, and shrimp) and a Hamburger with Onion Rings. All were very good. The beef satay in the vermicelli bowl was amazing! The Onion Rings were tasty and not very greasy at all. We were all quite happy with our dinner.

For the 3 of us dinner came to just over $50 but the portion sizes are large – we took half the hamburger and onion rings home.

They sell t-shirts there which are pretty funny – and the proceeds go to an orphanage in Vietnam.

Every time I go to the shop, the shop is crowded, I am a new customer, I just came to the shop last month, I often go on Saturdays and Monday evenings, the shop is always crowded when I arrive, the service staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. The young lady wearing glasses is always very cute and enthusiastic. The foods are very good and tasty, i love it.
