Every time we’ve been to this Jimmy johns the staff are friendly and our order is completed quickly. Even when one sandwich was forgotten, they were very quick to refund and make it right. A great place for us to get a quick dinner! Thanks all!

Horrible location. Extremely disappointed. AVOID THIS STORE JUST GO SOUTH TO THE ONE ON NORTH OAK. I have been through there 3 times and all 3 times they messed up my order. Today my girlfriend got a sandwich from there after I told her not to because I knew they would mess it up but she went anyways and big surprise, they gave her a completely different sandwich than what she ordered so she drove back up there and they gave her the wrong sandwich again so she called the store and she explained what happened but in the background we could hear the manager complaining about us and yelling that they made it right and we are wrong. Eventually the manager took the phone and said “I’m sorry what’s your problem?” and said yeah we gave you the wrong sandwich but we didn’t charge you for the second one and I replied yes, we got the second sandwich for free but it is still not what I payed for. I payed for a sandwich and I still have not received the sandwich I payed for instead I have received two incorrect sandwiches. She hung up on me. Extremely rude, horrible service, by far the worst JJs I’ve ever been to. Again avoid this place.

Witnessed an employee take his personal drink cup, dump out what he had been drinking, and went straight to the ice bin to scoop ice with his dirty cup. When I addressed it with another employee she looked at me like I was stupid. I don’t recommend going to this store.

If you use the app you have to request that they don’t sell your information? If you do order online be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes… naturally the sandwich looked noting like the ad… freaky what, freaky what? Didn’t get my cookie or chips…

I love Jimmy Johns but this location is noooottttt it! They completely made my sandwich wrong so I drove back there and they remade it. Then I drove home and my sandwich was wrong again (I should’ve checked it but I shouldn’t have to lol). Then when I called the manager was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by wanting my order to be correct. I would recommend going to the Jimmy Johns off North Oak & McGee street instead 🙂 terrible!!

The food is good most of the time but the service isn’t all that great. If you want to get food from here go through the drive thru. A lot of the times I’ve been here the workers aren’t at the front able to take your order. Not just coming from me, some of my friends share similar experiences as well. You’ll get better service on the one off of North Oak.
