I have been trying to reach out for a delivery order through Uber eats from this location and each time the website says its not taking orders at this time. Even when I call I get that fast busy tone like it’s busy so not sure what’s going on with this location, however, I truly miss Boston Market for their variety of dinner entries choices, vegetables, starches, corn bread and deserts. Especially when you want something different outside from the normal fries, cold slaw, baked beans, mash potatoes with your dinner meats of choice. We need and miss you Bexley location Bosten Market.

March 2021, I had an issue with missing desserts that I PAID FOR and never received. So I stopped ordering from them for a while. I randomly decided to give them a try again NOV 2022 where I ordered online and this time the ENTIRE order didn’t show up. No one answers the phone when I call the restaurant. I just keep getting a busy signal. Lesson learned. Stop using this restaurant.

Got 8 piece Signature nuggets. Didn’t care for the pepper. $5.25 for 8 small pieces. Happy it was not breaded and sauce on the side. Sauce like Thousand island dressing. Purchased this because of $5 credit from T-Mobile and I was already downtown today.

The so called. Woman you give us service was rude, she did not look at us she did not put the gravy in the bag when our back was turned. when I paid for the good she turned her face toward the front didn’t said thank you or anything just gave me the bag, and my son had to say, your not going to say thank you or have a nice day. The service today is no longer service, but they want your money. I say out these restaurants out business and cook at home for yourself. They let anyone work for them. Staff was talking to eachother instead of helping customers. Line wrapped around the lobby. One lady declared they closed in a hour and there wasnt going to be enough for everyone. At 5:10 they locked the door (the didnt close till 6 ) creating a fire hazzard with all people inside unable to get out if needed. Lady at the register was counting out loud each minute till close.

Had not been to Boston Market for a while. Went to try it out again food was great, but it wasn’t what I expected. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, and it did not taste as expected. It was supposed to be smothered and cheese sauce and it had very little. Other than that service was good and food was good.
