I have frequented this jimmy John’s for the past year and I have been disappointed multiple times with attitudes of workers, quality of food, wrong orders, etc. today I got the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen & I won’t be back. I paid $20 for my meal and ended up with basically toasted bread and a slice of meat. Service was bad when ordering & had a feeling my meal would be bad too. Wasn’t wrong! Definitely going to a new location from now on because this one can’t seem to get their act together!

Service was fast and to the point. I love the slim 5 plain Italian sandwich and my wife enjoys the #13. price is fine for a full sandwich, primary reason to go here is speed. Shop is always clean and has fine spots to sit and eat or wait the brief amount of time to get your sandwich. overall, a great example of Jimmy John’s chain.

Focused on providing quality customer service? Only if the person they were texting while supposedly ringing me out was a mobile order. Cause their focus wasn’t for the person directly in front of them. Must of been a very important mobile order cause he had to stop working and show it to his co worker so they could converse about it. Meanwhile a line built at the register during the time they could of been making my sandwich and taking other orders
Food quality? I love Jimmy John’s tuna sandwich. Love them. However this time. Worse tuna sandwich ever. Not just worst Jimmy John’s tube sandwich. Never have I had dried out tuna fish. And yet… here we were. Choking down the driest tuna fish sandwich
Since this is our third visit and the third time we’ve had service issues one thing is readily apparent. Drive the seven miles to the next nearest Jimmy John’s where they are freaky fast, focused on quality service, and they know how to properly make a tuna fish sandwich

Food is fine. However, I’ve experienced repeated comments from one employee about how often I come in and about my clothing. It feels like each visit comes with some remark or some unsolicited commentary about my appearance or how frequently I eat here. Regardless of intent, I don’t find this humorous, and comments about customers’ eating habits or appearance are entirely unprofessional. It’s made me uncomfortable enough that I will no longer be coming to this location.

Absolutely the worst jimmy johns sandwich I’ve ever had. Always get the gargantuan and save 1/2 for the next day. This time it had about 1/3 of the meat as usual. No onions, no oil and vinegar, no oregano basil, and no cheese. First and last time at the Smithville location. Never have this problem at Kearney. From the reviews I see now, looks like that’s a regular thing at this location. Waste of $20. And why are you locking the door behind me at 8:10 when you’re supposed to close at 9. Had to have them fill my drink in the back because they already had the drink machine shut down. Looks like they’re more concerned about going home early than doing their job right.

I ordered a BLT WRAP. I paid $17 and some change for it. They prepared a BLT sub sandwich. That is not what I ordered. After some ridiculous disscussion I asked for my money back. The manager was called in and apparently was having a difficult time giving me the $17 back. The young man that prepared the wrong food asked for me to give him the change back. Then he told me they cannot make a BLT wrap. REALLY? Fed up with the inept service I told them to keep my money I felt they needed it more than me. I went to Taco Bell.
I typically like Jimmy John’s. In other locations. But don’t bother with this location on 169 hwy in Smithville. They do not know what they are doing. Last time I ordered a BLT wrap they gave me the wrap version but they did not put lettuce or tomatoes on it. I gave them another chance…..not again……..I will go to Subway next time.

My family has gave this location so many tries. We just keep getting bad service and wrong orders. The last order I spent over $30 to have the drive up window tell me they gave my online order to someone else. No apology. Guy at the window was frustrated, remade my order and I drove away 15 minutes later. I filled out a review, a guy named Andre said he would refund my order but never did. So disappointed.

Every time I go for lunch there is ALWAYS an issue.
First time the gentleman that helped me made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stopped staring at me through the drive thru window. Then ended up giving me the wrong order and didn’t realize until I left.
Second time I went the gal that helped me forgot part of my order… when i turned around to ask for the complete order she threw a fit.
Today when I went the new gentleman that helped me was very rude. I kept saying thank you and he never acknowledged me. He also messed up my order. Decided not to turn around. Wasn’t gonna deal with it.
They need a better staff, better training, and i don’t know better everything
