On Thursday last week I ordered a sandwich and specify no cheese, it was delivered and I took a couple bites before realizing that it had cheese(I have a dairy intolerance and I breastfeed a baby who also has a dairy intolerance so I absolutely cannot have it). I didn’t bother to check because I ordered the same thing a couple days prior with no issues… I call and speak to someone named matt who apologized, refunded my $$, sent a new sandwich out, and gave me 3 more free ones and just told me to tell whoever answers that he did all that. I call and order the next day and was given attitude but got the right sandwich. Mind you, I was sick all night after that and my child was so fussy for 2 days after. I call and try to get another free sandwich again today and they told me no because I was already given all they could give and argued with me that it was not policy for him to give me 3 extra free sandwiches but honestly how is it my fault that he promised more than he should have. I mean 0/10 on customer service. I will not be returning. Seems like no matter what there’s always an issue with this place as per my review last year….

My order didn’t arrive until approximately 30 minutes after their tracking showed it as delivered. One of the sandwiches had bites out of it. The second sandwich was cut in half and pieced together from two different loaves of bread.

They are not freaky fast, that’s for sure. They’re accuracy is also not particularly good either when it comes to getting my order right, and occasionally it has take almost 2 hours for them to deliver my sand which when i’m only a five minute drive from the store.

Stopped by after driving from one end of the state to the other. The staff was super nice! I was happy to see my regular, #11, was offered (something I’ve been noticing is that not all JJ locations have it?) Also, if you are unaware, join the Jimmy John’s program so you can get perks & freebies. Would happily stop by here again if I were in the neighborhood.

Oh this mess. I will say they have adamantly tried replacing the order they miss delivered and I finally got my order on the third attempt and a new driver 3 hrs after I ordered it. I called the store multiple times once getting someone rude and told me to go get the sandwich where it was delivered (the wrong location) and it was fine that each attempt took an hour (besides the last took 15 min tops) but to be wrong once and then to be wrong a second time and everyone be rude. I asked for a refund and was told it could take weeks to get it so I was offered a credit that I can only use at this location and I accepted because the gm said she’s the only worker even tho I know there was multiple other people there. Just a mess. I would avoid for a while as I always have issues with this location, this one just takes the cake.

Extremely disrespectful management. Ordered online at 11:15am for a 12:15pm pickup. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready and there were about 5 employees just standing around. Had to wait 15 min for my food no apologies and then was told i could either pay or get out. Never again. This store needs to be closed down.

I placed an order at 11:39 online. It accepted the order and charged me but I haven’t received my order yet – it’s now 1:40. I called the store multiple times and no answer. My co-worker called the store and they answered and said they remember the order and made the sandwich but could not give an ETA on the delivery. I’ve tried calling again to cancel my order but I cannot get through. I understand being short staffed but to not even call to say they are running behind or just simply answer the phone when someone calls is unacceptable. Looking at the reviews for this location I can see they don’t much care about customer service. I need a refund for my order since they were so quick to charge me but not even have the decency to call me and tell me they don’t plan on following through with the order.

Third time I’ve ordered from here and the wait just keeps getting longer and longer. First time 45 min, second time 1 hour and today it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver. But they delivered it to the wrong address thankfully the homeowner was kind enough to come drop it off to me. No napkins in the bag and it wouldn’t have mattered because the ranch is ordered was smeared all through the bag so I lost half of that. I’d have been better off leaving the job site and getting food from somewhere else. Third times the charm and they’ve made a pretty obvious impression on me

One of the absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. Had to wait over 10mins while they stood around not making my order. The bread was so hard I nearly broke a tooth & the order was wrong. After all these negative reviews you would think they would do something about the service.
