Although they usually get my order right, the wait time for this “freaky fast” food is ridiculously long. It’s my own fault for continuing to order from them, but I keep hoping they’ll get it faster. They’re always understaffed (which I know is NOT the employees’ fault), but I should not consistently be waiting over an hour for a sandwich delivery.

. We stood there about 2 minutes before the two employees even addressed us. One of them checked their phone multiple times before we ever even got our sandwich. Basic sandwiches seem to cost an enormous amount more with no customer service. Not sure who would return here?

Young worker addressed me at the register. Contactless pay was annoying. Asked me about tips and was just bad at contactless pay. Cook gave me my sandwich while the payment device was being a young worker. I was given a very correct sandwich. 5/5 would recommend the beach club. The workers upkeep the place.

Seriously? I saw a review that rated this excellent location two stars b/c their wheat bread was not “sub style” and rather was thick sliced bread. Sorry this place isn’t Subway. This is a Jimmy John’s. The food is excellent, and this location has a great, updated atmosphere and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Just ordered a sandwich from this location, i paid for extra avo, no avo. I ordered a #3 totally tuna, i asked for no tomatoes they gave me no tomatoe or cuccumber. I used to work for a Jimmy Johns, and i have never had a tuna sandwich where the celery in the tuna is so large it makes my hot peppers look small. Also my delivery took 45 minutes, what happened to freaky fast delivery. So my food was wrong, and the store won’t answer the phone to correct the issue. Deeply dissatisfied. After multiple attempts, I finally got a hold of someone and they told me they personally put the avo on my tomatoes and cucumbers (which there was none) then they said its on the bread which it is not, then they said it’s under the lettuce(which was also a lie) then they said they watched their fellow employee make my sandwich(make up your mind did you make it or them). Then I got hung up on. At this point im being constantly lied to, and this employee i keep getting on the phone keeps digging her hole deeper. I continued to call back to get my food made right since I just paid over $20 for 1 sandwich meal. When they answered again after multiple attempts… I asked for the name of the person who hung up on me… I got hung up on again. I called more, They finally answered again after multiple attempts, I asked for a manager, they hung up again. As a previous employee for jimmy johns I feel appalled that this is even allowed to stand, because I know quality was a big deal, and customer service was the 2nd biggest deal. If they wanna play this game, I’ll show up in store.
At this point in the situation a refund will simply not do. I believe I deserve an apology at the very least for what I had to go through tonight while I’m stuck in the hospital, till tomorrow.

Ordered a Beach Club (turkey and avocado) and they put no turkey on it!!! When I got home, I called the store to tell them about it, and they didn’t answer the phone. I tried emailing the store and Jimmy John’s feedback online and I’ve gotten no response. Clearly they don’t care. $15 is a lot for a sandwich when you’re missing the protein!

Food wasn’t what I expected – if you don’t have a wheat sub bun that needs to be specified. The delivery also took 20 extra minutes, no warning even though I waited in the cold… Driver was nice, but did not follow directions. I will not be ordering here again.

Poor customer service. Had a dietary restraint issue with my order (paid 60 bucks) and was told it would cost another 60 to make the adjustment. Maybe other locations are better but this one was disrespectful despite our polite request. Go order from a local place and learn from our mistake.

Ordered three sandwiches online and arrived 20 minutes later. The store had no other orders in process, and had not yet made my order. When I I asked where it was they said that they were making it and then the manager disappeared in the back with two other employees, leaving one employee that had never made a sandwich before upfront. The manager then informed me he had to show the new hire something in back. All told it took four employees 30 minutes to make three sandwiches.
