So one of the things that I really enjoyed was the salad and I kid you not, this was the best salad, I ever had in my life ♂️ the dressing is homemade, everything was Super Fresh and I would come here for that alone also we had the gyro sandwich, which I thought was just okay and we also really wanted to try the grilled cheese, which was pretty amazing. If you’re ever in this area, this place is definitely worth checking out. I definitely would like to try more of the food here. The staff was really friendly and welcoming There’s so much to do in Lake Geneva you could, just go down there and walk around. I feel like Friday is the best shopping day and also remember that you have to pay for parking when you’re down there and also don’t forget to go walk around the lake and do some shopping. There’s plenty to do down there❤️

My Mexican compadre and I were craving some breakfast food. We decided to give Olympic a try and wow what a great place. I had the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was incredible. She had the early bird breakfast and the pancakes were so fluffy. The eggs were cooked perfectly and everything was great. If you are anywhere near this place stop in it is worth it. If you are ever in Mchenry Illinois try El Vado Mexican restaurant for great Mexican food with a true authentic taste. In all seriousness though Olympic hit it out of the park.

The Hubbs loves great diners, and Olympic did fit the bill perfectly! I had the Philly cheesesteak and fries, along with the mini-taco appetizer. Fantastic! And the service was outstanding!

Awesome breakfast!!! The food was great, with a varied menu ranging from traditional breakfast to more unusual fare. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is lovely, having an “old time” diner feel. So glad we came here and we will most definitely return when we visit Lake Geneva again.

We happened upon it years ago because a different place had a super long line. Olympic had no wait and an amazing menu. Been one of our go to spots since then.
For this trip we got pancakes, a huge waffle, sweet cream crepes and the corned beef hash skillet. It all was wonderful! Pic is included of the half eaten skillet because I was so into it I almost forgot.
Really and old classic restaurant feel. Family owned and they really work. Great to see. Happy they are doing well.

Olympic is your quintessential family run diner. The service was superb and they made us feel right at home. Talk about midwestern hospitality. Onto the food – the pancakes were super fluffy and delicious, an incredible corned beef hash. The waffle, we were speechless. We can’t wait to come back.
