I ordered coffee and an apple turnover. I was greeted by 3 machines to order from. I was paying cash so had to go to pickup here to finish the order. No personality, no hello, no thank you, complete robotic. Coffee tasted like it was brewing all day and barely warm. Apple pie under cooked. I should have asked for my money back

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been too. We walk in and immediately notice that there is not a clean table in the entire dining area. Fries and toy both were missing from the kids meal and the lettuce from my wife’s sandwich definitely below below par. On top of lack of help and friendliness of staff. They treat you like it is a problem that you are here. Terrible experience

We visited this Burger King for the first time, and at first, everything seemed great. I really liked that they had touchscreen kiosks for placing orders — it was convenient and modern. The interior was clean and the atmosphere pleasant. But unfortunately, one situation ruined the overall impression.

Our order took a very long time to be prepared, even though it was quite simple — just a burger, fries, and ice cream. We waited noticeably longer than expected.

What upset me the most was the Viking’s Chocolate Sundae (a new item for $2.49). In the menu image, it looked very appealing, with a decent portion size. But when it arrived, I was honestly shocked — the ice cream looked sloppy and the portion was about half of what was shown in the picture. The presentation was poor, as if someone had just thrown it together without care.

I politely approached the staff member at the pickup counter and explained that I wasn’t happy with how the dessert looked. I asked if it could be replaced or if something could be added to make up for what was missing. She looked at me with surprise and simply said, “That’s how it’s supposed to be.” I went back to my seat, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it — I paid almost $3 for this dessert, and there was barely even half of what I expected in the cup. Honestly, it’s not even worth a dollar. It made me feel disappointed and even a little hurt. I paid for a full item and didn’t get anything close to what was advertised.

I got up and asked again, this time requesting either a refund or a replacement. The staff member called the manager, but the manager also told me the same thing — “That’s how it’s supposed to be,” and refused to do anything about it.

The whole experience left a bad aftertaste — I felt ignored and unappreciated as a customer, even though I was polite and calm. I had really wanted to leave a great review of this restaurant, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

They have ruined this restaurant. All kiosk, online or drive thru. I ordered online. Gave it plenty of time to be ready. Showed up and it wasnt in the pickup window. Sat down and waited, and waited… and waited. No one works a register so you cant really ask anyone. Just one gall running back and forth getting people’s orders out. So I finally catch her and asked her what was going on. She asked if I had checked in with someone. Who are you supposed to check in with? No one works the register. Was I supposed to go talk to the kiosk? The whole point of an online order is walk in grab your food and leave. If I have to go reorder when I get there then why have an online order system at all? How come every other restaurant in town that offers this has it perfected and Burger King doesn’t. Food was supposed to be ready at 12:15 and I walked out at 12:40. This is ridiculous.

Placed a mobile order for a double cheese burger. Waited so long that I had to come inside and make sure they even got the order. Waited 5 minutes at the front as no one was there and no one even acknowledged. Then waited another 15 minutes for a simple cheeseburger. No urgency from any employee.

Visited on 10/13/2025. Ordered through the kiosk inside, but one of the items shown and paid for apparently “wasn’t available yet.” When I asked for help, the employee said they “can’t control what the kiosk or menu board shows” and refused to offer a refund or substitution.

If management truly has no control over what’s advertised inside their own restaurant — and won’t assist when customers pay for something unavailable — that’s a serious concern.

Just a heads-up to anyone ordering here: double-check what’s actually available before paying.

Ever since B.K. has reopened, we have never been able to eat there. Their hours on door say 10 pm. We have went many time at by 8 and they are always closed. Tonight we went by at 7:15 and they were already closed. It’s fine if you want to close, but change the hours on your door and website.

No paper towels in bathroom to dry your hands or open the bath room door took atleast 30 minutes to get my order which was wrong had to wait 15 more minutes to get the correct food to eat with cold frys this place is an absolute joke will never be back for this horrible service slow and wrong food. And food was taken to the back didn’t think this was supposed to be done.

I always use the drive through. Even when they are busy, wait time is not lengthy. I appreciate the employees like Shelby who has for years been a consistantly friendly person. It’s a fast paced environment and taking a few moments to say thank you and smile is the very least I can do. They work very hard, in my opinion and deserve higher salaries.
