Freaky slow! This used to be my go-to quick lunch stop but in the past year or so their speed of service has slowed DRAMATICALLY. Expect to wait 10+ minutes for one sandwich even if they’re fully staffed and you’re the only one in the drive thru. Disappointed. 🙁

Why was my bread wet like it was dipped in the toilet? Asked for extra mayo and half my sandwich came floppy? Don’t get that and I agree with the freaky slow comment used to always come in around 15-20mins it felt like now I expect 30+ on top of the $5 delivery fee is insane I checked it’s cheaper to order on DoorDash…only by like 70¢ but still insane

The manager is extremely rude! Sitting in drive through, only one in drive through, could see several employees inside doing nothing! Food got returned to them. Won’t be back EVER! You need to check your managers customer service skills! Prob should just get a new one after reading reviews! Never again

I’m updating my review. Gave 5 stars 2 years ago. Must have gone downhill. Waited 2.5 hours for my delivery. Never showed up. Called twice. Once after an hour and was told it was out for delivery. Called again at 2.5 hours. Manager was extremely rude and said the driver said he delivered it….. He interrupted me multiple times and was extremely condescending. I wouldn’t leave this review if he wasn’t completely disrespectful and rude. Had them deliver another one… At full price of course

Drive thru menu said item was 7.79. When got the window it was 8.49 plus tax. Employee said they have raised prices and Corporate hasn’t bothered to change menu prices yet.

I don’t usually post bad reviews but I was highly dissatisfied with my service. My food was an hour late, which wouldn’t have been a problem but it’s Jimmy John’s freaky fast is literally their slogan. So I called the store to ask them why my food was an hour late. And the manager I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. She told me there was only one driver on duty, which yes, I understand, because I was once a delivery driver. My issue isn’t with the delivery driver because he was doing his best and was very kind. The manager offered NO resolution or apology and I was rudely hung up on.

We pulled to the speaker to order, and a younger gentleman was gonna take our order. When we started telling him what we wanted he interrupted us with a smart @$$ attitude and we tried speaking up. He wouldn’t even let us talk…And I let the manger know. And I normally never talk to a manger but the disrespectful tone by of the man’s voice upset us enough to leave. Unbelievably rude won’t be coming back again.

Customer service was good but everything else fell short. Food came late (which obviously happens sometimes), but when I unwrapped my sandwich I found HALF the normal amount of meat. The combination of skimping and my food coming late left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not-so-freaky-fast. Ordered an hour ago, still no sandwich. Called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone informed me that they have one driver and he was on eight deliveries. Offered no apology. I get that they’re short staffed, but they need to put estimated delivery times on their app. I would have understood and changed my plans had they been transparent.
