Will not eat at Jimmy John’s again the employees are rude. WAS ready to place order waiting for this black guy playing on his ph to take my order.Then says may I help you then with gin and a laf finally taking order. HERES THE KICKER was placing order for 3 sandwiches,drink go to pay he’s says we don’t expect $50.00 bills ok you lost business.The three sandwiches would been at least $50. Besides that’s all I had. Overrated for sure. This was my first experience with Jimmy John’s and it did not live up to my brother’s hype. I found the bread to be hard and chewy – not in a good way. I had the veggie sandwich which was overloaded with mayo, then had tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cheese. We took a #9 to my younger brother, who said after eating half, it hurt his gums to eat more as the bread was so hard. I don’t know if it was just a bad batch or this is the norm. Unfortunate to be sure.

5 orders in a row took 40+ minutes – I live 4 miles away. GPS says 4 minutes to drive. When I called in to tell them, it took me saying I hadn’t even gotten an apology to the second manager I spoke with before getting said “apology.” I was told there was nothing anyone could do & the first manager I spoke with told me that I should just expect that delivery time any time I order going forward. Extremely displeased with how both managers chose to handle the situation. I wasn’t even told they were switching managers, the first one just handed the phone to the second one & the second one didn’t introduce herself. I had to ask her name & position. Both were rude, neither showed any amount of interest in caring whether my money is spent there again or not.

6 sandwiches ordered online, zero started by the time I arrived. ALL SIX were not prepared to order, or labeled according to the order ( so the wrapper has to come off and the bread peeled back to see what it is ). A big john without extra meet, a veggie delight where the veggies don’t even cover the bread, all veggies left off another. Sorry, but making subs isn’t rocket science, so why would I pay a rocket fuel price?
