** UPDATE**This Jimmy John’s has redeemed themselves. They did reach out to me because of this review and asked me to share my review with the local franchise owner. Once I did that, I received a $20 gift card n the mail. We ordered from them last night, and the food was back up to the standards that we have come to expect, so I have edited my rating and amended my review. They have gone above and beyond to help rectify this situation, and I feel that warrants a change in my review. Thank you ,and well done Jimmy Johns! Great food and awesome service!!

I have usually had good experiences with Jimmy Johns here. I usually pick up my own order, but on a few occasions, I have them deliver. Recently, whenever they deliver, whoever fails to knock on the door or notify us when the food is being delivered. My last order must have sat outside a bit too long before realizing I should check if my food was delivered. Thinking it couldn’t have been out in the heat long, I did eat the sandwich. I was wrong and got a small case of food poisoning. This isn’t necessarily JJ’s problem as I should have known better, but in today’s economy, I can’t afford to let my food waste. I hope maybe this review will help improve delivery and make sure the driver is knocking and notifying instead of just placing on the porch and leaving without notice. Never have any bad experience with picking up my own sandwiches, so that is a plus!

Consistency is important. Jimmy Johns always delivers what they promise. Love the bread. Love the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich!!! The dill pickles are also very delicious!!

The clerk that took her order was absolutely adorable and friendly. He had a smile on his face all the time and he seemed to know what he was doing which is really refreshing in this town with these college-educated dummies LOL the food was amazing I’d never had Jimmy John’s before and I absolutely love that homemade bread

More than once now have gotten a sandwich (and with no exaggeration) ordered as stated on the menu but made with very little of anything, with at at least one ingredient missing, and on bread nearly gutted out to the point it was slightly more than just crust. First occurrence I’ll say may be a mistake, but several times on subsequent visits means one or more of three things: 1) lack of ingredients/low quantity due to supply issues (which customers should be made aware of before paying for inferior product), 2) lack of/inadequate training of new employees, 3) corporate cost-cutting policy at customers’ expense. Don’t bother selling something if there will no longer be standards. I’ll go elsewhere now that wants business (like ISS).
