Worst experience ever at A JJ’s! I sat in the drive thru window for 10 minutes. I could see the box of my order through the window that I ordered ahead on-line, no one acknowledged me. I could see employees behind the window, no one came to greet me. I called the store from the car to ask someone to open the window to hand me my order. I got the “we’re really busy” excuse. When I got my order, the guy at the window was rude, and my order wasn’t correct. I ordered ahead to make it easier on the store to make a big order ahead of time, and so that I didn’t have to wait. I will not be going back.

I usually love the Jimmy John’s veggie sub. I actually crave it. On January 1st, I ordered one through the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I took it home to eat, which was about 15 minutes after I picked it up. It did not taste right and the bread was soggy. I opened it up and this is what I saw, brown lettuce and soggy vegetables. I think maybe this was a leftover from the night before, definitely not fresh. I ended up throwing it away and had a bowl of cereal instead. I reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate to let them know. Also, I wanted my money back. Corporate got back to me a couple days later (January 3) and said they wanted to make it right and send my information to the owner of store, who should get back to me in 24 hours. As of January 7, I have still not heard back from owner of store. I will not be back to this store and recommend anyone else to steer clear. I will get my Jimmy John’s elsewhere or go to another sub shop altogether.

This Jimmy Johns has never once gotten an order correct for me and I order on the mobile app, so there is no confusion of what was ordered. I was in the store one time and could not understand the guy taking the orders at all. I will never go back to this location, even though it is the most convenient.

Sandwich and our wrap were quite good. They forgot a few things in our order but fixed it and apologized profusely. We understood and had no issues. Very friendly kid at the drive thru.

Website says they’re open, but am here now and they are closed, 8:45pm, frustrating to not have accurate information. After a week and no response from the local level (corporate did reach out) I will not be spending any more of my money at this location. I will continue to patronize JJ’s, just not this one! I received a 10.00 ” Thanks for giving us another chance” gift card in the mail today. Didn’t mention if they’ve attempted to rectify the problems with the particular location. Not sure if I’ll give them “another chance” or not! But at least wanted to update this rating.

I thought they were overprices subs when I ate them 9 years ago in another city. This one seems very reasonable and you get a good amount of toppings. Staff is friendly and efficient. I mean it is a chain so probably should be 4 stars just for that but I added a star because I went back the next day to try the roast beef sub.

One of the four subs I ordered was not correct. What I ordered had 2 or 3 lunch meats on it what they made me was a ham and cheese sub. Another sub had so much sauce on it that it was all over the place. Way way too much probably could have made 3 subs with amount of sauce on it. Other 2 seemed pretty good first time trying it, but not sure that I will be back
