So first I ordered, only one In line, and then sat down. 20 minutes goes by, and our order wasn’t ready. Come to find out they gave our order to someone else. Then they make our sandwiches, and the bread is rock hard. You could use the bread as a baseball bat. I went back to get different bread and they said all the bread is hard like that and they couldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed and probably won’t be going back.

Drive thru – ordered chicken wrap and small tuna sub, bread for Sub was hard as a rock, chicken wrap was more like a lettuce and mayo wrap. I will never go back!!! Paid $16.00 for the worst sandwiches in town.

I usually love the Jimmy John’s veggie sub. I actually crave it. On January 1st, I ordered one through the app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I took it home to eat, which was about 15 minutes after I picked it up. It did not taste right and the bread was soggy. I opened it up and this is what I saw, brown lettuce and soggy vegetables. I think maybe this was a leftover from the night before, definitely not fresh. I ended up throwing it away and had a bowl of cereal instead. I reached out to Jimmy John’s corporate to let them know. Also, I wanted my money back. Corporate got back to me a couple days later (January 3) and said they wanted to make it right and send my information to the owner of store, who should get back to me in 24 hours. As of January 7, I have still not heard back from owner of store. I will not be back to this store and recommend anyone else to steer clear. I will get my Jimmy John’s elsewhere or go to another sub shop altogether.

Went there and order 3 sandwiches total came to $32 and some change. Went to pay with a $100 bill and the lady and the window very rudely says we don’t take $100 bills, how else would you like to pay? I say what do you mean you don’t take $100 bills never mind cancel the order, and I left! I won’t be back anytime soon!

Always loved J.J
Subs lack meat, and freshness.
Smaller and more pricey.
Not worth it !

As a first time customer, I was eager to try Jimmy Johns.
I asked if I could order the Caesar Chicken Wrap as a sub instead, and I was told yes, so that’s what I ordered. Everyone was working as I believe in the manner and pace they should have been, and the counter customer service was very polite. I’m overall happy with service, politeness, and quality.
The one thing that really turned me off was the thinner gentleman cutting bread, who’s pants were, I’m not kidding, down below the bottom of his butt. I’m thankful he was wearing underwear and an apron. I find this disgusting in the food service business. I understand trends of clothing and wearing clothes changes through generations, but in the food service business, there is no place for that. I do not want to see that. If I were a manager there, that person would’ve been told to pull his pants up properly or go home.

It seems that every time I order Jimmy John’s online they always screw up one of the subs by forgetting to add the special requests. I don’t know if they just don’t look at the tickets fully or what but this has happened 2 to 3 times so I may be deciding not to go to Jimmy John’s anymore in the future, due to them always messing up the order. Two others ordering from Jimmy John’s make sure you check yourselves before you leave

Food is fine. Order took almost 45 minutes. Food was left on the stairs, not by the door. Really expensive.
*update* I ordered two subs. 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. I ordered it as I was leaving as I planned to have it later that night. I ordered my sub with no onions. On the wrapper it said no onions. I opened it, onions. I don’t expect much but how does that even happen.
