Girl at the register didn’t even know how to put an order in the system. Looked like she didn’t want to be at this job so maybe she shouldn’t be! The customer service was terrible and having someone taking orders who isn’t trained and tells another employee “here you do it” probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.

You order at the cashier’s with very limited choice of ingredients at a set amount, which is skimpy except for the shredded lettuce. Service is faster than elsewhere because of it but not the tradeoff I prefer. Quality of meat and bread is excellent but would prefer a larger regular size for the price.

Stopped in on 06/14/2024. There was a crew of 3 friendly guys working, around 4:30P.M. I placed my order, and received it within 20 SECONDS of swiping my card!! This was beyond freaky fast. Those gentlemen need to be recognized and appreciated for their excellent service!!

Not sure what the guys working were thinking about but……… I purchased 6 sandwiches and none were initially marked as to what they were (hey, just put a number on each one) but when they “fixed” that it was only right on TWO. As far as what was in the wrappers, how many sandwiches can you put yellow mustard on when mayo is the only correct answer. If you want to eat here, just don’t – go to a different location or a different company’s shop.

They didn’t cut our sandwiches even though we definitely put on there to cut them. They put almost no avocado spread on my beach club even though I put regular on it. We put our names in but they didn’t label the sandwiches. We ordered delivery to our apartment and put that they should ring the buzzer to be let in to the building. They rang the buzzer but apparently didn’t wait to be let in as after minutes of waiting I went down outside and they had just left the food there instead of delivering it to our apartment. The worst part is they didn’t call so we had no idea they left it outside instead of by our apartment.
