While it’s not easy for us landlocked Ozark’ns to physically travel to the beach to enjoy some rest and relaxation (and seafood!), we can feel like we’re there when we visit Turtleheads Raw Bar. What a place! I have always wanted to come here and finally got the chance. The food was phenomenal. The alligator bites were so good. It was nice and quiet, comfortable and the waitress was a really cool person. The chef even came out and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. I’ll definitely go back as soon as I can. I definitely recommend getting the gator bites! I just wasn’t a fan of the sauce that they came with but there are other condiments on the table if you want them. Everything was good enough without the sauces though!

I’m somewhat new to this place, I like going after the gym on Friday to unwind and listen to karaoke. The kitchen made me a special “non/fried” version of shrimp tacos and it was crazy good! The owners are super nice and the patrons are laid back, friendly. It’s a fun place and cool atmosphere in the back they open up the roof so you can see the sky.

We had a top 10 experience! The catfish and fish and chips were outstanding!! The owner and server/bartender were so nice. We felt right at home. We stopped here on our way from Omaha to Florida! Would highly recommend!

We’re from back east so we are use to shrimp cooked with old bay, this shrimp was not, it didn’t have much flavor. The rest of the meal with good. Our waitress was wonderful, the man who sat us was hilarious, lots of jokes! Overall, a great place!

Great seafood restaurant, especially for the price. Much more bar than I would say restaurant but still worth a stop for the food. It was karaoke night which didn’t disappoint. Oysters crab and alligator were all good and I would order again. Our waitress was great, super friendly and attentive. Wish they had a cocktail menu, maybe some unique drinks.
