They dont wear gloves or hair nets. This little cesars is trash. Never have anything ready even when its not peak hrs. Never ready when the time says it will be. I’ve been in the food industry for over 20 yrs, they have no clue how to run this place, the workers are lost and slow. Poor customer service, skip people in line and take ones that just walk in the door. Its always bad here. Ive gotten old cold pizza bite orders so hard, so they didnt half to make fresh ones during a rush. They need new employees. These workers dont know what BUSY really means.

We went to pick up a pizza and then at the register was counting money and did noy acknowledge us. Once he finished and we tried to order a pizza to go, he said it would be 35 minutes. I thought LC had pizzas always ready to go.

I believe there’s a new manager, which was needed BADLY!! Would NOT replace my pizzas, he screwed up..He thought he was going to YELL at me and let’s NOT FORGET the place was packed! I told him he needed to stop yelling at me to lower his voice and act like a manager! Called me a LIAR over 2 pizzas!! Still waiting for corporate to call me!! He was AWFUL but the cashier tries. I guess this is what I get for wanting to save a little money to feed my kids dinner. I am absolutely beyond upset. They barley cut the pizza. I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust and it doesn’t even taste like a pretzel at all. Everything was just horrible. And can’t even get anyone on the phone. At first I got a call center and they transferred me and was in hold for a good 10 min with no answer. I don’t ever write reviews like ever. I won’t be ordering from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived at 200pm to pick up an online order scheduled for a 200pm pick up time. Inside the store were at least six other customers waiting for their orders that were supposed to be ready at 130pm and 145pm. At 230pm I demanded a refund, and the people who had orders that were supposed to be ready before mine were still waiting. AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you want to be inconvenienced, and you want to interact with management that doesn’t accept accountability for their mistakes.

I would give “ZERO” stars if possible. Worst experience and location ever. My wife and I visited this location a few days ago as walk ins and the individual behind the counter stated it would be a 45 min wait so we decided to lave instead of ordering. We attempted again tonight but instead of just walking in, we placed our order online at around 7:30pm. We arrived at the location at around 8pm, and our food was still not done. We decided to drive over to Dollar General where we spent about 30 – 45 min. Came back to the restaurant and still, our order was not ready. We have now been waiting approximately 2 hours for our order. Not to mention, there were about 4+ other customers who had been waiting longer than us. While we are waiting, employees are walking outside to smoke, walking down to Dollar General, and laughing and joking in the back like people aren’t waiting for their food. Nor did any of the employees show even an ounce of any type of customer service to settle irate customers or update customers. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you are trying to get something quick to eat. This location is an absolute joke.

If I could give a 0 I would. 1 is too high of a score. Ordered ahead of time for a kids school party and the app notified me my order was ready to pick up. As I get there the tiny store is filled with people who are waiting for orders that should have been done an hour ago. The guy working had attitude and didn’t care that they suck at their job. Get more staff get new staff.
