When someone requests EXTRA on their sandwich there should be EXTRA… not the minimum amount possible. Tomatoes were not fresh, very mushy. Spicy Italian was not Spicy at all. Friendly staff when we picked up food. Should send napkins with order. Especially when 6 sandwiches have been ordered. When taking orders over the phone should pay more attention to customer on the phone rather than your coworkers so customer doesn’t have to keep repeating the order and correcting the person taking the order because they keep repeating the order wrong. Will give them another try in the future.

I am with Wisconsin Skydiving Center and we used to call in orders for delivery every Saturday and Sunday (sometimes more) for at least 10 sandwiches every time. And we always tipped the driver very well. I don’t know WHAT happened, but the service in the last 2 years is just horrible. The kids working there are rude, self absorbed and just don’t care. Something with the order is always wrong. Missing items, missing sandwiches. They also stopped delivering to us because we’re 6 miles away and they don’t go that far. Well, google it. We are 2.7 miles away. Today, we are having a big class here and we sent somebody out to pick up sandwiches only to find missing dressing, missing items on most sandwiches, and an entire sandwich missing. We noticed the missing sandwich while still there. Brought it to their attention, and they took the box back. A few moments later they returned the box and said they added the missing sandwich. Only to return back to the airport to find the sandwich still missing. We called to ask if they would deliver the long 2.7 mile 6 minute trip due to the error and not having time to send another person out during this class. They were kind about it at first and said they would. Then they called back saying the manager wouldn’t allow them to deliver to us because it’s too far. We asked to speak with the manager and we received a “sorry. He’s too busy”. However, when we were there, there was only one car in the parking lot. We have had just nothing but issues. Terrible experience after terrible experience. Such a shame. They used to be awesome.

Ordered mini Jimmys online to cater a work event. Sandwiches arrived cut in thirds and open ended wrapping, rather than the small sandwich bags the half sandwiches used to be packed in. We ordered a mix of 4 sandwich types and received only 3 varieties.

I had ordered online some Jimmy John’s Catering around the Fourth of July. They shorted me one box on my order that had cost me around $60. My girlfriend had picked up the order and didn’t realize they had skipped a box. I called the store and got the run around from the guy on the phone. I reached out to Jimmy John’s customer support which is a department they should just close. The first person I got in touch with went on maternity leave after emailing me back without any resolution. I contacted a second customer support rep and have been given the run around by him for the last few months. Apparently the end goal is to get the customer forget about the issue by taking forever and offering no resolution. Many different people had the chance to make this right or at least give me my money back. Terrible experience all the way around and I won’t be visiting this or any Jimmy John’s location. I’d recommend you do the same.

Been ordering here a lot lately just due to convenience at work. The delivery is always fast but the orders have been inconsistent. I usually request napkins and mayo mustard packets and my last six orders have not had anything I requested. They also did not include a straw in a recent order.

The actions, words & behavior of the employees when myself, 6 year old son & 8 year old daughter ate at the Fort Atkinson, WI location was atrocious and completely inexcusable. If that weren’t bad enough all of our sandwiches were not made right and thrown together. If I were the owner I would shut my doors before having employees like that run my business and push away customers. Not only were they completely disrespectful to me but to my kids as well. We left the rest of our food and left before I started yelling, which takes a great deal to get me to that point. Both my kids and myself deserve and EXPECT an apology and to reimburse us for our poor excuse for sandwiches. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE JIMMY JOHNS IN FORT ATKINSON, WISCONSIN!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff! Two young girls working 2/19 at the ft Atkinson store yelling at customers and using profanity… I never seen such terrible attitudes and language towards a paying customer, sad and gave me the wrong sandwich when they said they fixed it they gave me the same one right back. Sad. One was the cashier and the other was sitting next to her then they started yelling the owner should be so embarrassed to have them as employees. What a way to join the workforce, smh. Wonder how far those attitudes will take them… pathetic place.

So, here is my piece. Three staff members working. They said they have been so busy, that they ran out of bread. I was told it would be 30 minutes. An hour later we finally had bread. They had so many customers walk out, more than I’ve seen at any other restaurant. They felt so bad, I could definitely tell. We stuck it out like no one else did, they thanked us by treating us to our dinner, which was not cheap! Great food, friendly and charismatic staff. That’s why I’ll go back to this jimmy John’s over any other. One heck of a great place! Keep it up Jimmy John’s: Fort Atkinson !
