I was there this evening around 5.30 PM, ordered few of their veggie offering’s along with a cold coffee. To my delight, all of their burritos were so fresh and flavorful. I would rate this is one of the best Taco Bell’s in I’ve have seen offering good food with quality service.

I ordered meals through the drive-thru and it was horrible. I’ve never had issues before with this location, but the quality of my food was horrible. The taco shells were all stale and old. Our French fries were cold and hard. Even the cheese dip for the fries was cold. There was absolutely no reason for this since they had no customers. So they had time to prepare. The only thing that was fresh and tasted good was the Mountain Dew. I do not recommend anyone purchase food from this location late at night. This was a total waste of my money and this isn’t fair to the customers to eat poorly prepared food.

Being vegetarian and now Taco Bell carry more options makes me feel good. Their new Fiesta Burrito is very good. As always their Mexican pizza is the best. This particular Taco Bell is very clean and staff is very friendly as well.

I wish I could give zero stars for starters there is ALWAYS an issue at night time with this location, your corporate office tried to resolve issue that I had with this location by sending me coupons after I ordered I was told only one coupon per person so that made me Inferior especially since they jacked up my order just to be told I can’t use what was sent to me! I sat in drive thru for 30 minutes because I asked for the area managers phone number they did not provide it to me instead Alfredo the shift lead called Maria the “supervisor” my entire interaction with the shift lead and supervisor he got on the phone they were primarily speaking Spanish so that I couldn’t understand at one point the girl working drive through said that they were not going to allow me to use the coupons and that I could just call corporate office which I definitely plan to! This is my second bad encounter with this location I didn’t even write a review the first time I had a bad experience but this one was the icing on the cake! Also the “shift lead” Alfredo was on the call with his supervisor Maria still wearing his gloves and was scratching his head while talking to her got that on video by the way, this is too nice of a location to have workers that have no sense of customer service or business professionalism even though it’s fast food it’s still a business! Never going to this particular location again which is sad! They laughed in my face for not allowing me to use the coupons they thought the encounter was funny & I’m not okay with that I hope the General manager or area manager sees this I would like to show you how your employees act while you’re not there.

I really have to say that I don’t usually go to Taco Bell because there are so many authentic-ish places all around. But sometimes I just grab a crispy taco.
