if i could give 0 stars i would. The staff were very rude and ive been here for 20 minutes and have yet to get the food i ordered. (i ordered 1 thing) they’re moving as slow as they can. i am extremely upset about this because i love taco bell.

I did not expect to find myself leaving a 5-srar review on a Taco Bell to his evening, but here we are. I guess my bar was just really low with the usual… everything… at the location nearer to me in Plano, but this place is like a whole other experience. It’s clean and comfortable, and the folks working here are fantastic. The food is the best version of what you’d expect from a Taco Bell menu. Color me impressed.

I come to this Taco Bell very often because of the convenient location, but this is the slowest functioning one i’ve ever been to, you are guaranteed to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes or more every time, the workers not caring or getting your order right while they just sit behind the window and laugh.
Don’t waste your time with this Taco Bell, the other ones around the area are much better and actually care about customer service, whoever runs this place should try placing an order and see how they like it.

Update: asked for more nacho cheese added to my potatoes since there was just the tiniest little dab. Dude rubbed his finger all around in it said that’s right and tried handing it back holding his cheese covered finger up at me. The cinnabon coffee was awful not made right.
The night shift was good. Found a taco bell that’ll actually make the food properly. All three orders were made right.

Oh my! This was a complete and total fail. What is going on at this TB?!?
Went to order and a young guy in a turned around baseball cap was standing around in the food prep area playing a broadcast in Spanish very loudly.
We stayed to eat in the lobby and our order came out quickly but was a total mess. Thrown together with insides coming out everywhere and in the sack too. I’ve never had a soft shell taco made so haphazardly in +40 years of going to TB. The hard shell taco was badly broken open and the greater part of the contents were inside the sack. The broadcast continued to stream uninterrupted as we came to the cashier to ask about remaking the broken taco. The guy kind of stared blankly and we repeated the request to remake the item several times without acknowledgement. I wasn’t sure if it was a language barrier or perhaps the person was in same way incapacitated. This was very peculiar.
The taco was remade and the broadcast continued loudly drowning out any background ambiance music.
Chose not to have the soft tacos remade because you could with your hands put it back together. Wasn’t worth another experience with the person.
We will not return to this location even though we went out of our normal area just to go to it. Stacy road is pretty convenient but the experience was not one we wish to repeat.

The wait. If you like waiting for 20 to 30 min for some “fast” food then eat here. Seriously, for some reason I keep going back because it’s like 5 min from my house and sometimes you just want to ruin your insides but literally EVERY TIME I go they take FOREVER. At this point I’m the stupid one for having some sliver of hope I’ll just order my food and not wait around the corner outside the front door. Epic fail.

I’ll give this store a very honest review. Even the worst McDonald’s preforms better then this. I ordered a Nacho fries deluxe cravings box. The fries were ice cold and the only thing to make up for it was the hot cheese sauce. The lobby is always dirty as a sign they don’t want anyone to sit in here and eat, the taco shell was old, and I paid $1.25 for a small scoop of extra chicken and a worker argued me down and told me we could only give u a small serving. Like what? This store has such bad service and communication skills….

Went through the drive through and the worker completely ignored my requests. Asked for extra sour cream on one of my items, and the item came with none. Also the drive through worker did NOT ask me about hot sauce packets so I made sure to ask at the window and the employee ignored the request. Had to go back for hot sauce packets. It wasn’t until I got back home that I realized there was in fact no extra sour cream on my burrito (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR). I’m disappointed with this location and will be looking for a new location. TACO BELL DO BETTER! ♀️

I waited over 40 minutes for my food while other orders were constantly going out ahead of mine. When I politely asked about the delay, an employee called me “ignorant” and referred to me as “a white,” which was extremely disrespectful and offensive. I felt humiliated and completely disrespected as a customer. I want a full refund and for this situation to be addressed seriously.
