We had a great time at this pizzeria. The pizza was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. However, I encountered some frustration when I asked for extra cheese. The woman who took my order was polite and said she had added extra cheese. But when I asked for more and offered to pay for it, she said she couldn’t charge me more. This prevented her from adding as much cheese as I wanted. I explained that it didn’t make sense because I was willing to pay for what I wanted. She agreed that it was frustrating for both customers and staff, and she suggested that we send in a review detailing the issue. We suggest that you add a feature that allows customers to add and staff to charge for extra toppings.

Was really excited to build my own pizza with balsamic drizzle but my pizza got drowned by balsamic. I seen another review that had this same issue before I ordered, but I thought it was a one off. But boy was I wrong. Picked it up and all the toppings slid off from being soaked. They need to fire whoever is making the pizzas in West Little Rock, AR.

I have ordered delivery also but last visited for lunch. I typically build my own pizza which is convenient. I get spicy red sauce, different meats, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, etc. I wish beef was an option. I bought a fountain drink the last time. For a time, straws were not an option for drinks except milk & another boxed drink since attached. The last time I was there, straws were available again.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had here was today. I ordered a pizza with light cheese and bbq drizzle normally they do it perfect today it was soggy and had soooo much bbq on top I ended up throwing it away it was like soup on top I never asked for extra or anything like that and it covered every inch as you can see in my pic very disappointed I should’ve got a video showing me lifting a slice and a fountain of bbq running off it totally over took the pizza 🙁 that’s not drizzle bro that’s a whole bath of bbq and it made it soggy and awful.

I stopped in here while on vacation to get something to eat.
I have been to other locations, and I love the food at Blaze Pizza.
My visit here was good, not excellent but good.
The dining area could have been a little cleaner, I got the wrong kind of crust…but the food was good.
I won’t be coming back, but that is mostly because I do not live anywhere near this location.

This establishment is highly recommended for individuals who enjoy brick-oven pizza. The customizable nature of the menu, allowing customers to select and specify the quantity of each ingredient on their pizza, is a particularly appealing feature. It has become our preferred destination for pizza, despite the absence of a location in closer proximity to our residence. Although the 35-minute drive may seem inconvenient, the exceptional quality of the pizza justifies the travel time.

This pizzeria is, without a doubt, the finest I’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment I entered, the service was exceptional; I was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady, and a skilled ‘pizza chef’ crafted an impeccable pizza. It was nice to see the manager actively engaging with the team, offering assistance wherever needed. The unlimited toppings are a fantastic touch, and the cauliflower crust was simply sublime. My four year old daughter’s heart was won over by the cookies as well. I only wish there was a branch here in Omaha… great experience.

We made a Friday night trip to Blaze after swearing it off because of the loud atmosphere about 4 years ago. Plus, the app is horrible. However, we were greatly surprised by the calm atmosphere, the efficiency of the staff, the low prices, and great “build it yourself ” pizzas.

I like the way you order your pizza and that you can actually see it being cooked.
We had my Granddaughter ‘s Birthday Supper there. We did not tell them. About it. But, while we were singing Happy Birthday to Her. One of the workers came around the counter with a Brownie and a gift card. That he handed to my Granddaughter for Her Birthday!! That was a Very Nice thing He did!!…The only draw back was that there was no salt for putting on your food. I asked if they had some for my pizza. I was told that they would bring me a cup with salt in it. They were so busy that they forgot. I just ate my pizza like it was. It was good. But, would have been better with some salt in it. We had a Great Time there!!
