Just got a food delivered. The sandwich was basically all Dijon mustard. I ordered the veggie and it was just only small layer of veggies like I mean small amounts. So I basically just bit into mustard that was spicy. So thank you Jimmy johns for the stomach ache. If you have to eat somewhere go somewhere else it’s not worth the pain.

Not only were all the employees extremely rude and disrespectful, they charged me twice for my food and told me to “take it up with my bank” and basically F off. Filed a claim and under investigation now. Be careful with your money here.

I made an online order at 10 am for same-day delivery at noon. When tracking the order at noon, I noticed it was not marked as out for delivery. I called, and they said it was out. I received it at 12:27 pm. I didn’t receive the entire order. I called to get it fixed, and they gave me the manager on duty. She was unapologetic and even said it was only 12:29 pm when I mentioned I got my order a half hour late. They could not get me the missing sandwich within the next 15 minutes, so I requested a full refund, as now my client’s lunch is all kinds of wrong. She said they could only credit me for the missing sandwich as I received the rest of my order. I later discovered that one of the sandwiches that did come was mislabeled, and we were missing a different sandwich. The whole experience was not good. I ordered for a specific time and it didn’t even leave the store until after that time. AND they request a tip upon ordering… I tipped $10 for a meal that was 27 min late and incomplete.

Slowest delivery ever. Our office is a mile away and it still took over an hour to get one item. Last time this happened I called the restaurant and they said they had one driver. Then get more drivers! This will be the last time I order from Jimmy Johns.

This has to be the worst Jimmy Johns. Delivery times average 1.5 hours even though our workplace is one mile down the street. Drivers don’t even call when they arrive even thought it was clearly requested on the online delivery form.

Bad JJ’s location, like I didn’t know JJ’s could be so bad! Hard bread, forgot to add bacon to sandwich but charged me for it. Only pleasant experience was the driver. Will never go back to this location.

Ran out of bread (supposedly) at 130 on a Saturday afternoon. Bizarre experience, rude staff. Would recommend a different location or Cousin’s Subs up the street.

NOT FAST. At all. I waited at the counter to order and waited again as one employee prepped pans, one stocked chips and another had walked off to the back after i ordered. After a few minutes, one person walked out and finally started making my sandwich. Overall, for JJ’s in general, the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. I know the pandemic affected all business, but these sandwiches just aren’t what they used to be.

Terrible service. The person taking the order, she was rude and super quite. I understand wearing the mask, just speak louder and would talk down and to the sides making it more difficult, as i kept telling her to repeat herself, she started getting frustrated and responding rudely. Im only ordering through doordash from now on
