Came here for the day of giving. The way they do the accentuating of subs with toppings is a little different than used to. I noticed so I’ve tried to make it a point of being in front of the counter when they make the subs. I came on the day of giving around 7-730pm. I gave them the same condiments for both subs- one parm cheese bread one white wrap. Was in a line so didn’t get back to be in time to watch the sandwiches being made which is not what I’m used to at all. Made the hot chicken sub on white bread instead of parm cheese. Made the #16 as it says on the order a number 8 – no bacon no roast beef. None of the condiments ordered besides the lettuce and tomato. Not the first time an issue here. Bought and donated to the charity which I do regularly and always on this day for 4-5 years and just don’t appreciate the lack of efficiency regarding this. I have atleast one picture of the club sub order and it being wrong if needed. Not looking for a hand out just looking for a reason to keep supporting a great cause based on rooted solidified values not one based on a predetermined lackadaisical opportunity.

We had lunch here; we got two sandwiches, chips and drinks faster than we would have at a burger place! Great selection of sandwiches and bread. Nice, clean restaurant, but a little cramped for space if you’re going to stay for lunch. Service was friendly and helpful with sandwich selection. A little more pricey than the other places, but well worth the extra for the great (and fast) service.

So I sent someone there on 07-24-23 @ 11 11:30 to grab a sandwich and whoever the cashier was she accidentally put the wrong order in which charged about a 4 dollar difference lower than the actual amount as my friend walked out she realized that they made a mistake so her trying to be honest she went back in to let them get the 4 dollars off and the cashier then refunded the money recharged the card which the money wasn’t on the card mind all of this was done through cash app which can take up to 14 working days for a refund so now no money because the cashier made a mistake and then the cashier says that she can’t let her leave with the food after she had already walked out of the door with the food to begin, truth is the common decent thing to do was to not worry about the 4 to begin with because now there’s a sandwich that was made that wasn’t paid for so everybody loose because of an unprofessional cashier’s mistake. But these are the things that happens when you have someone doing a complicated job I guess

Placed a app order and went very well. No problems with my delicious sandwich either, just a note the oil they put on it is great but make sure to eat it soon are otherwise bread gets soggy. I’ll be back to try some thing different. Maybe oil on the side. Thank you.

Overall, I really like the sandwich I tend to get, (9) Club Supreme. All employees were working, unlike a few times, when someone is just standing around. (Their station system doesn’t work as well when it’s not busy.) A table had been moved, so sitting to eat was not gonna happen. Also, I’ve never understood the taller pub tables — unless they really don’t want people to eat their sandwiches there. Definitely need Diet Dr. Pepper on tap. Jersey Mike’s is not a cozy place, but the sandwiches are good.

I had the chipolte steak and it was ok. I would order it again. I wish some of these fast food places wouldnt make their food so salty. But it was still good, just slightly salty. Bread was great.

I’ve ordered online twice the first time they didn’t have the right chips and just threw any one in instead of telling me and I had to go back in, this time they added none of the sides or condiments I asked for and didn’t notice till I took a bite, like why pay this much if your just going to throw something in the bag! Just awful!!!

Employees are wonderful. The cashier needs to not scratch her face or move her hair when she has gloves on. Hubby from Jersey is tickled it’s closer to us
