Felt sorry for the two very nice employees.. Have had a power outage in the surrounding areas for days.. People lined up including myself to get a sandwich… Can’t believe how rotten some people can be cussing at them… They handled the situation with respect.. I have been craving Jimmy John’s for months now. I work til 9 and I’m right around the corner from them. One night I went through drive through at 745 and was told they were out of bread. The next night I went through at 855 and no one answered the speaker. Day 3 I went through at 900 on a Saturday and no one helped at the speaker again. They say they are open til 10 on their website and all the open signs were on all three days and they don’t want to sell product. I suggest you change your hours online or maybe hire new employees that want to work so you don’t end up with a closed store!

The slowest Jimmy John’s in town. I ordered my lunch at 11:25am and I’m writing this review at 1:00pm, still no sandwich to show for it. If you feel like waiting an hour and a half for food that’s not even a mile down the road, then go for it, because these people are for you. This is the fourth order that’s taken over an hour, and I will not be back.

Called in an order this afternoon just after 3:30pm, so not during a busy time. The woman who answered the phone had an attitude and harsh tone when answering. I asked to place a carry out order and she slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. I called back and the same rude woman answered asking me about my phone number, also with an attitude and very harsh tone. I felt as though I had done something wrong and thought maybe my number used to belong to someone with whom she had an altercation of some kind. I placed my carry out order to be picked up via the drive through. I asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes, asked for my sandwich and pickle to be cut in half because I wanted to share both with my boyfriend, neither were cut. So to top it off she thought that it would be appropriate to cavort with my boyfriend when the order was picked up and furthered her inappropriate behavior with her negativity and complaints. She was obviously too busy trying to sell herself with her unbecoming mix of hoodrat/damsel in distress to make sure my order was correct. I would have given 1 star but have had good service and good food before from this location and am hoping this was an isolated incident, but if I ever call again and the same degenerate answers, I’ll be the one hanging up, permanently. A truly whorifying experience.

….the subs used to be great. Not anymore, the portions of meat are now about half or less what they used to be. Today I ordered a few subs, ask for a bit extra mayo. I could hardly tell it had any on it at all….had to add my own. I’ll drive & get my subs elsewhere from now on. Delivery is convenient but what’s the point if the product sucks….guess JJs didn’t take note when Subway cut corners, did the same thing & lost customers
