I placed an online order pick up and came in to pick it up. It was not ready yet so I sat down to wait for it to be ready since they seemed busy. One of the inshop people proceeded to show my order ticket to two other people and make faces while making a comment about how it had no tomato and Mayo and how it is nasty and a pain to make. She showed it to her manager and he made a face as well about it and made it seem like it was an issue to make because of how I like my chicken Caesar wrap. She continued to make my sandwich and make nasty faces at it and I say it’s safe to say that I will not be coming back to this location for a wrap. They are unprofessional and will make fun of your sandwich if they don’t like how you want it.

We love Jimmy Johns! We came into this location today and there was garbage all over the floor, a huge line and a long wait. When we got our sandwiches 3 out of 5 were completely wrong. (They were easy orders too like a turkey slim – that’s just turkey and they put lettuce and Mayo on it and a turkey tom they put ham on….)

Worst Jimmy john’s I’ve been to. Messed up my order twice in the same order. Mislabeled my sandwich and didn’t even put the right ingredients on it. The spicy east coast is supposed to have banana peppers and jalapeños. I ended up picking the penos off manually and they didn’t give me my chips on my order. Sandwiches didn’t get cut either.

Rude people on the phone when placing order…. Seemed as though I was bothering him. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Never had such a flat sandwich from jimmy johns but I guess there is a first for everything. Do not plan on coming back any time soon. I will go to subway or penn station before I go back here. Terrible experience. Got a notification that the order was out the door 30 mins after we placed it. I called and they said it never left the building until an hour later. So we ordered at 12:06pm, it’s now 1:27pm and we still have not received our order. Terrible. I called and asked the gentleman if our sandwiches were sitting there for an hour and he said “well I don’t have that answer but I did leave the building at 1:07pm.” I do not recommend eating here anymore.

This is the only Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to that is consistent about serving garbage. The bread is always old and stale or burnt. The cucumbers and lettuce are always rotten. And the fillings are simp. Today I got three cucumbers in my veggie and they were thin as paper and slimy and the bread is obviously yesterday’s. It’s the closest Jimmy John’s to my house and I’m dumb enough to go back thinking maybe the person working won’t serve rotten old food. Nope. I was so looking forward to this sandwich and now it’s going in the garbage. Thanks a lot.
