NEVER EVER EVER EVER order delivery from this location. My last order took 3 hours. By the way, they didn’t even apologize or refund my order at all. THREE HOURS. I live 2.6 miles away. Thought I would try again. This time they made my order and never planned on delivering it. They told me I was out of their delivery area despite ordering there many times. NEVER called to let me know. I came to the store an hour later and they refused to reimburse my delivery fee after handing me hour old subs. So if you want to LOSE YOUR MIND–order from this location. I had to wait for the DM to come to the store. Where I finally got my order refunded completely. I won’t be ordering here at all EVER. I suggest to anyone who values their time and money to go elsewhere. There are many places to purchase subs within 2 miles of this location.

The fact that I ordered food in DoorDash.. was called and told my order was canceled because they didn’t have a delivery driver… told my refund would be sent. Mind door dash say my order was delivered and here we are getting the run around.. oh it could take up to 7 to 10 business days after waiting 72 hours

Today I came into this location at about 11:30 and the two ladies working were very rude and unprofessional. I come in often and have never experienced this type of treatment from any employee . I felt as if I was wrong for ordering my meal , because the lady taking my order had a very poor attitude. She cut me off during my order 4 or more times . All for me to get home and have my sandwich made incorrectly . My daughter is allergic to lettuce and I specifically asked her to not put lettuce on the one sandwich and she did . Maybe if she didn’t cut me off as many times as she did then she wouldn’t have made it correctly . I normally would never write a review but my experience was horrible and I didn’t get my recipe to do a survey . I will not be returning to this location .

Freaky fast they are not. I understand there is a worker shortage, but the last three delivery times have been over an hour and a half. When I call they just say sorry we have 1 driver. Food is good but very bad staffing and delivery.

Great food. Not upfront about delivery times. This is the second time I’ve ordered with the expectation of it being “freaky fast”. I work less than a 1/2 mile down the road and it took 30 min. That’s ok if i was informed of the wait, but you have to tell the customer if it’s going to take that long!! I now have 10 min before I have to go back to work. Sandwiches are great, staff is always very nice.

Cost a lot more than I remember but, everything does now. I don’t know if they got a bad batch of meat or what, but I got sick the last few times I went there. My 75 lb dog stole half of my sandwich and then he had stomach issues too.
