Cashier in drive through line was hitting real heavy on the upsell. Do you want a drink? Chips? Cheese? Pickle? How about a brownie? Nothing else? Are you sure?

Ordered online and ordered a sandwich with bacon added to it. Called the store and ask them to please make sure they put the correct amount of bacon on the sandwich as last time they only put 2 slices. I actually managed a Jimmy John’s for five years and know that a portion for bacon is five slices. I also know that it is one of the most expensive items in your food cost. The store is trying to keep their food costs low by only giving you three strips of bacon but charging full price. Pretty disappointing especially the fact that I called the store explaining that it happened last time but I didn’t leave a review or complain at that time assuming it was a mistake. I guess if I want to ensure that I get the proper serving size at this store I will have to go into the store and watch them make it which is pretty ridiculous. I hope the management will realize that food cost means nothing if you constantly make the order wrong and lose your customers.

I absolutely love jimmy johns, food is delicious and service is usually quick, easy and reliable. However, this location STILL has it’s dining room closed after 2 years. Not too big a fan of that personally, but drive through is still open, and service is good.

I went to this restaurant and the inside dining room was closed? So I tried the drive tru no cars in line but just ordering and getting 2 sandwiches and 2 chips took like 15-20min, if I would of known that I would of ordered for delivery they literally take less 10min no lie. Anyways… service was poor and unhelpful, so i just felt bad because I only saw 1 or 2 girls working there, sad, really. The sanwhiches were made with no love they were messy and sad looking just like their employees I even asked if they . The only good thing about the whole experience was the 2 unopened bags of chips…

Let’s be honest who doesn’t love a good Jimmy John’s but guys you have to be consistent if you want a 5 star review. I love the brown bread and peppers in all my sandwiches but sometimes it’s a little sloppy and not great presentation.
