I was looking for a place for dinner and accidentally found this place. I was not disappointed. There were pictures and statues everywhere you looked. The wall were fill with pictures. The waiter was very friendly and was very helpful in choosing my food. Note, the portion are for 2 or family side. The meatball not only look good but it is one of the best meatball i have ever eaten. There was so much flavor from the meatball. Definitely recommend this place for anyone.

First off, I hear a lot of complaints about the pictures – if you aren’t laid back, open minded or have a sense of humor do not come here. Love the decor, it’s definitely different and fun. The food is great! Favorites to get is the Stuffed Mushrooms and Spicy Chicken Rigatoni! The Seafood pasta is also very delicious. They have delicious mixed Adult drinks and usually good service.
We have had one to go order messed up, we got extra plain bread instead of the cheesy bread we ordered. Also, ordering to go we sometimes have to wait an extra 10 – 15 minutes for our food. (Otherwise would be a 5 star review)
Not a cheap place but the flavor and quality of food makes it worth it!

Family size servings! awesome!!
They serve food only in family style. The food was amazing. The staff were amazing. I usually am reluctant about Italian food because of it heavy cream nature but this great. We had more than 2 servings of their homemade bread and we were still able to finish the food, in addition to the appetizers and the desserts. Will recommend this place to everybody!!

I am personally not able to eat here because my family is gluten intolerant except for my Mother. I was here for a family dinner after a memorial service. The gluten intolerant family members, including myself, ate elsewhere since the few options they have are a recipe for cross contamination. My family who did eat here greatly enjoyed it. They serve very large dishes made to be served amongst family/group. It seems like a cool idea especially with such a large group. It was also very loud in the room we were in so I ended up leaving soon after since I got a headache. Just keep in mind there really aren’t good gluten free options here especially if you have to worry about cross contamination. This is for people who love regular pasta.

It was my first time to this location (I usually go to Seattle). I was with the extended family on a busy Mother’s Day holiday. We made a reservation for 20 well in advance, but for some reason the restaurant didn’t have it on their books. The manager and her staff quickly apologized and made it happen! The restaurant was packed!
Our group was large with several noisy kids. Everyone working there was friendly and happy! Never once did I feel like our group was a burden to them.
I am definitely coming back!

I haven’t been to this one but the reason I’m rating it is because of the Person that it was racist to be asked if they wanted to eat at the table in the kitchen. They don’t “get” it! It’s the best seat in the house! Fun! This restaurant is different than the average. I suggest if you go, maybe go with someone who has been before or you come home with so much extra food you can’t eat it in two more dinners! Like I said haven’t been to this one, but the two I’ve been to in the San Francisco Bay Area in CA were great!

Always an awesome meal every time I visit. My first time at this location but been to several others in California and Arizona. This is probably my favorite Italian chain restaurant. From the gaudy interior decorations which create an atmosphere of Catholic Italian mafia inspired feeling to the huge family style platters of food. Totally enjoyable and worth the visit!

I usually don’t like eating at Italian restaurants because I figured I could make the food myself. This restaurant, however, is definitely worth the time and money. All the dishes are prepared to be shared. So a “small” dish will feed 2-3 people. We went here to celebrate our oldest graduating from high school. Normally we have a ton of leftover food because someone didn’t like their order but because everyone was able to share, most of the food was eaten. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. The food and the wait staff were wonderful.

Waitress couldn’t even get our water order right. Just bring me some more water please. She never brought it. Received pasta without the rest of food. No one even double checked to see if all food came. Had to flag down someone who I believe was the manager. When food came out, green beans cold and we had no more pasta since that is all we received for dinner. The manager was great but seemed a bit peeved that I sent back the cold green beans and was asking for fresh, hot food. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times, of which she still never brought water. That is all we were drinking. People just don’t seem to care about quality and customer service anymore. Feeling deflated.

My family and I chose this place because we were starving and it was across from our hotel. The service was good but we were dissapointed with the food. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce was surprisingly VERY bland. The bread we were served before our meal was cold to the touch and nothing special. We ate because we were hungry but definitely wouldn’t return.
