New to this sandwich shop! The food was good! There were 3 servers, and two did not seem customer friendly. The small girl with long lashes that made our sandwiches interacted with us more than the man who spoke like a mouse did. We came in and took a moment to look at the menu. Didn’t hear one word from those two. The other girl was so sweet. I told the guy who took our order that this was our first time eating there. He didn’t help us with our choices or explain anything about the prices. It says, “Make it a box,” but I didn’t know the meal did not come with drinks Its already expensive to not come with drinks. I would have canceled our order, but the sweet girl had already begun making the sandwiches. Upon payment, he asked if we were reward members.. To the two that were there today at the time we ordered, if you don’t like people or your job, work something else. To the one excellent in customer service, I appreciate you being so nice and speaking up where we could hear you. The guy that took our order would not speak up to where we could even hear him and acted like we were a problem. That girl will be a boss one day!! Good luck in all you do, hun!

Went through the drive through to order.. the young lady taking my order was very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear her and I don’t believe she could hear me! After repeating my order several times I asked if she wanted me to pull up to the window… at that moment another voice I assume the manager interrupted and started yelling at me and with a Rude, Harsh and Loud tone was very unprofessional and impatient… treating me if I had done something wrong by simply stating my order! Not only was it uncalled for how she spoke to me… I received my food and all of the ingredients for the sandwich were dumped out outside of the bread and she handed me a drink that was less than half full I asked another young lady could she please add a little more soda and she did.. This is definitely not the customer service I am use to at this location!!! All I wanted was what I paid for and not to be yelled at and treated like this! Not only do I come here once a week other friends and family come and we all get sandwiches at this location on the regular! If this is the kind of service you all are training employees to give… I will go elsewhere!

Subs so slow you will starve to death! I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes. Might just leave at this point. It’s now been 17 minutes and no one has even opened the drive-thru window.

Food is amazing, customer service was atrocious. Everyone but the guy who took our order was rude, he went on a delivery while our food was prepared. They forgot some of what we ordered and got an attitude with us for pointing it out. Definitely not a friendly place but the food is always good, would definitely go there more if the customer service was better.

The guy working the register with short dreds (Keshawn according to the receipt) clearly didn’t want to be here. His whole demeanor made it clear he really didn’t want to be bothered. Reading other reviews, it seems other customers were similarly displeased with this particular worker. I’ve never been to a sub place where I wasn’t asked what I wanted on my sub. On several of the subs, the bread was too hard to eat. The only positive I can say is that the service was fast. We’re a family a 5 and drop $60-$70 on average when we eat out and to do so and nobody walk away happy is a real disappointment. Will be sticking to other sub shops in the future.

Lately, this store can’t seem to get anything I order correct. After a very poor customer experience with my last order(delivery took over 15 mins from a store right down the road, and the side of ranch didn’t even make it alive), I thought it was just a one-off bad day for someone and was able to give them the benefit of a doubt. Today, I ordered a sandwich with chips and didn’t receive the chips. All of my colleagues also stated that service has gone down the drain lately. I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again until I’ve received some sort of feedback about what management plans to do to correct the rampant issues.

Ordered 2 #4 and they charged us $2.50 for cheese on are turkey sandwiches. Then was allowed to get wheat bread for are sandwiches. Then when sandwiches was ready. They just left on the counter and we had to put are sandwiches in the bag our self. I think they should pay use money for putting the sandwiches we paid for in the bag. And if I knew your restaurant charged $2.50 for cheese I would never ask for cheese
