I know JJ’s is a franchise, but I hadn’t tried them until we moved to GA. My son proclaimed them to be his new favorite sandwich shop (he had the Beach Club). We had the Thai Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar (in one of my pictures)and found them prepared well and they tasted great. The place was not busy mid-afternoon and everyone was friendly. It was clean and posted their sanitation training and their “A” health inspection rating. Maybe we got lucky, but we will be back when we are in the neighborhood!

Only getting two stars because of the brand. But this location is HORRIBLE!!! Every single staff member from the supervisor down has a real problem understanding the concept of customer service. With the exception of one young man and next time i go back…because i will knowing me…I’m going to ask his name. This is just a please get it together msg because talking to upper management in that location has done nothing. I worked at the church st location when it first opened and I’m really disappointed with the rude interactions I’ve experienced at t the austell road location.

Fortunately my issue with this location isn’t quality control it’s more of pricing vs what you get with Jimmy John’s as a whole, I ordered the new “summer” menu item a wrap with some sort of special sauce. Although tasty VERY small for almost $10 what the world. I literally felt finessed. Staff is always good not necessarily friendly but not rude either. Order is always accurate & service is generally fast.

This was my first time eating at Jimmy John’s of Brookwood Square, I got a Turkey Tom sub where they have the best sandwiches. While being there I enjoyed it so much, it was incredible. I’m going to come back and get the sub again. The staff was pretty good and treated me very nice there respectfully.

Addicted to the Little John’s. Just enough to be content with no leftovers and under $5 bucks. My wife who is not a sub person likes these cause they are so danty looking and cute!! My Togo wait was unacceptable and the sandwich maker was unapologetic but the person assisting at the window was very apologetic. Although I placed my online order before several pick up orders I sat and waited in drive through for them to figure it out!

I’m Not a fan of being guilt into leaving a tip when we walked in and placed our order at the counter. It seams the that option should be removed form the register you almost feel if you don’t leave a tip what are they going to do to my food. Or they are not paying their employees enough so they have to put that option on there…..I wonder if the employees re claiming them of their taxes??

Apparently high gas prices have created a turkey shortage for JJ. I ordered the Club Lulu w extra bacon. I started to eat the sandwich when I noticed I couldn’t taste any turkey. I opened the sandwich and this is what I found, one measly slice of turkey. If it wasn’t for the fact that I ordered extra bacon this sandwich would barely have any meat on it. And based on other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence of the price point not matching the value of what you are getting. To this location defense I called to complain and spoke to the mgr on duty. She wanted to rectify the issue so she offered me the opportunity to come back and get the sandwich done right. We’ll see how that goes!

I normally always order here if because it’s fast, however I placed an order and the owner of the shop asked me to stop leaving a message in all caps, which I explained to her that at our doctors office that’s how we have to type, it’s nothing against anyone. I then told her that was ok, because I will not order from them anymore. If you’re giving your customers a place to type for any additional information, why have them stop? Then to add that you’re losing staff has nothing to do with me as a customer, if I’m paying for something and every time I order something is missing it’s a problem for me as a paying customer, outside of that our doctors office always orders from them and they also have the same issue. Needless to say this will be my last time ordering from them. Very unprofessional to say the least.

As a business, if your operating hours are from a certain time until 9 PM, I expect to pull up at 8:52 PM and still be able to put in an order. I pulled up at 8:52 PM and the gentleman at the window said they started closing up at 8:30. They are not taking any more orders if they are going to start closing up at 8:30 then maybe they should change their operating hours from a certain time until 8:30 PM instead of false advertising that they close at 9 PM.
