I just left the Brookwood location. I spent my lunch break in the drive thru. I was told that the system was down. I had ti get back to work. No food. Combo fixed and in the bag. Manager had the worker tio get soda back. I didn’t want anything free bur he didn’t even acknowledge that 20mins was my time had been wasted. Did he resale my combo? The manager did not think enough of me as a customer that he saw sitting there to apologize or say anything. I will never return to this location. You just lost a faithful customer.

I came into this location last night in high hopes that I would receive great service and food that I had been craving for weeks . It was about 8:45 When I walked to the door one of the workers mouthed Damn I proceeded to enter and the manager on duty stated they were closed . They had already started packing up I was disappointed he went on to say he would give me a credit for another time . I didn’t care for the credit but since he offer I agreed. He asked for all my information just for me to come in today to a total different location and not have anything . I’m highly upset if you don’t want to work why even apply to give poor customer service .

How hard is it to follow simple directions? No mayo doesn’t mean extra. How do you repeat and key in no mayo and still manage to mess it up? It wouldnt be so bad if it was first time this has happened. It’s happened the last 3 times. I don’t even know I came back. I know you said you don’t like your job, but don’t take your displeasure out on your customers.

Fortunately my issue with this location isn’t quality control it’s more of pricing vs what you get with Jimmy John’s as a whole, I ordered the new “summer” menu item a wrap with some sort of special sauce. Although tasty VERY small for almost $10 what the world. I literally felt finessed. Staff is always good not necessarily friendly but not rude either. Order is always accurate & service is generally fast.

I know JJ’s is a franchise, but I hadn’t tried them until we moved to GA. My son proclaimed them to be his new favorite sandwich shop (he had the Beach Club). We had the Thai Chicken Wrap and Chicken Caesar (in one of my pictures)and found them prepared well and they tasted great. The place was not busy mid-afternoon and everyone was friendly. It was clean and posted their sanitation training and their “A” health inspection rating. Maybe we got lucky, but we will be back when we are in the neighborhood!

I often times order here for lunch sandwiches always taste fresh and I will put together. This particular time I went to the location to order my sandwich because no one was picking up the phone and the online order system was not working. The ordering process was went smooth. However my sandwich was handed to me not in a bag but just the sandwich wrapped in paper no napkins or anything so I had to request napkins, a bag, and my chips. Perhaps they were busy and she was just in a rush I’m not sure. Other than that my service is almost normally pretty good with delivery.

This was my first time eating at Jimmy John’s of Brookwood Square, I got a Turkey Tom sub where they have the best sandwiches. While being there I enjoyed it so much, it was incredible. I’m going to come back and get the sub again. The staff was pretty good and treated me very nice there respectfully.
