The women that took our order was so sweet! She even asked the kids how they wanted their food.

Disappointing to sit in the drive thru line for 20min get to the window and they say they remember taking our order but don’t know where it went. It would take another 10min to male the order. 30min for a drive thru burger ?No thank you. Trying to support small local businesses but when the owner says what do you want me to do , you take your business elsewhere. The old owners would of handled this very differently.

I ordered the nachos , paid ten dollars for a small portion of cheese and sauce and .25 cents for onion. The portion not only shrunk with the up of the price but now it doesn’t come with anything. To make it worse I had to pull to the front to wait for my food the cheese was cold 🙁

Ordered a Gizzard basket with chocolate shake & two fry sauces. I paid over 14 dollars. I asked for the fries/gizzards to be bagged separately (my nephew doesn’t like food touching his fries) I got them together & the fry sauce I was given had a jelly consistency. No biggie. I went back, gave them the food & asked for just fries. I was given the smallest order of fries. I basically paid 14 dollars for a small order of fries & two tubs of fry sauce that still look expired. Place definitely went down hill. Should have asked for a receipt & a full refund.

Eli & Kathy’s has always been my favorite place to get a good quality burger or a large chicken strip basket, you can never go wrong with a swirled cone here either. Despite that, I’ve recently found out about their puppy patties! I love spoiling my dog on her birthday or whenever she deserves a special treat and I’m glad they offer something on the menu my dog can have! Absolutely recommend Eli & Kathy’s if you’re ever in town!
