Today was my first time dining at Jimmy John’s and it was very yummy. I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian. The food was exactly as ordered. Fast and friendly service. I will be returning often. The Red Velvet Cookie, Kickin Ranch, Pickle, and Chips were great additions. My 4 year old loved her Little John BLT. I really liked the peppers too, perfect amount of spice. I ordered catering for 50 construction workers and the service was amazing! From the store manager to every worker here they were very friendly and helpful. They helped me load everything in the car with smiles on their faces. Everyone loved the JJ Gargantuan subs! We will definitely order catering from you guys again! We had two beautiful young ladies, Nikki (catering manager) and Kyleigh, (employee) at Jimmy John’s “sample cater” to us today at AGFA Corp. They were so professional and the food was fantastic. So I go in wait took and it took 20 mins for somone to take my order which is fine. The way the cashier was being snooty with me wasn’t ok I found her very rude and being on her phone, my sandwich was ok just the atmosphere in jimmy John’s is not alright.

JJs is my favorite sammich location and it was a bummer having to drive to North Chuck, especially after moving from a town that had two within a few miles. I’ve been here three times since they’ve opened and no matter how long the line is, the folks at the window are always friendly and are quick to get your order.
