I ordered a matcha latte with liquid cane sugar and cold foam. Matcha wasn’t stirred in and had no liquid sugar. When I asked them to stir the matcha powder in they did but then didn’t add the liquid sugar or the cold foam. For the 5$ I spent on the drink and then extra 70 cents for the cold foam would have been nice to get my drink made correctly.

The evening crew does not produce. I have been through there three times before work at 5pm different days and all three times they did not make any of my drinks the way they were suppose to be made. The signitire drinks don’t order them bc they do a bad job. Maybe they need a little more training or something idk. People spend good money at Dunkins so we expect to get what we pay for.

Waited 15-20 minutes for maybe 3 cars ahead of me in drive thru. They gave my mobile order to someone else by mistake and had to take my order again and remake mine when I was sitting at the window. Cars in front of me were asked to pull up because their order wasn’t done and then run out to them. Very chaotic.

The location is nice, but the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing at any given time. I went through the drive thru and I asked for chocolate cake donuts and the employee said they didn’t have them..I order a different donut and she says we do have the one I wanted . I say give me that and then they return to we are out of them. Get your act together!
