I would give a ZeRO but that isn’t an option. I called the store on Friday afternoon around 1pm to confirm that they would be able to complete a catering order for approximately 25 cheerleaders that I planned to place online on Friday afternoon for pickup at 11:00 am on Saturday. I wanted to confirm that even though they don’t open until 11:00 a.m. that they would still be able to have my order ready for pickup promptly at 11:00 a.m. She assured me that they were there very early on Saturday’s to prep the store for the day and that she would have it ready for me at 11:00. I placed the order on the app and it was confirmed. I was getting ready to leave my house around 10:40 to head to the store for pickup and I received a phone call to tell me that they were not going to be able to fulfill my catering order due to their truck not showing up on time. She said that they called her at 9:00 a.m. and informed her that they were going to be delayed and that they should be there by 10:45 and she was waiting to see if the showed up. So she then learned that it was going to be after 12:30 before the truck would show up so then I was given 20 minutes notice that my catering order for my varsity cheer team lunch wasn’t going to be able to be prepared. I was to have lunch setup for the team to eat at 12:00 which is why I set my pickup at 11:00. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had!! I asked her how I was supposed to be able to get sandwiches for 25 girls in less than an hour. Well let me tell you…I called our new Jersey Mikes in Monroe and the manager there literally has my order for 25+ people ready and waiting for me in 20 minutes. I will for sure never make the mistake of order catering from Jimmy Johns. If this would have been any later I may not have been able to make this quick pivot and provide food for our girls after a long morning of practice!! You should do better for your patrons. Especially after I had called prior to making the order to confirm that there would be no issues because I was concerned that there would be! I should have trusted my intuition and just ordered from another store in the first place!! I hope that this is addressed and doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Honestly I’m so tired of coming here. They NEVER have anything. No bacon, no turkey, no onion, no cheese, ONLY coke/cherry coke all on the same day. On more than one occasion! The people they hire for this location is either someone with zero customer service skills or high schoolers that do not care to be there that have friends hanging out playing trashy music in the building making it awkward and very unprofessional. CORPORATE PLEASE COME AND CORRECT THIS LOCATION!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional ITS UNREAL. You order on DoorDash, then they call you from the restaurant just to say “the drivers never come pick up the orders” I’m confused as to why the company is even on DoorDash. Then you have to wait days just to get a refund???? Called and spoke to the manager Mia who should be fired because she’s so unprofessional. Answered the phone and said “hello” I didn’t even know I was calling Jimmy Johns because she was so unprofessional. They suck at communication and then she had the nerve to go back and fourth with me over the phone when I called her out on how unprofessional she is. If y’all want this business to stay in business, HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH CLASS AND RESPECT.

This store is flat out awful. 2nd time I have tried ordering from them, I ordered through door dash only for an employee to call and say they have no delivery drivers and no Turkey. Never have I ever had such rude customer service on the phone basically telling me he’s going to cancel my order and to deal with getting my money back through door dash. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience as I have only lived in the area for a year now. If you don’t have employees or ingredients SHUT THE PLACE DOWN.

Lets drop the rating for this store a little lower. Made an online order at 4:45 pm and paid for it as well. Family shows up at store to find doors locked with a note on the door, barely visible, that says sorry for inconvenience but someone will be back at store at 5:30 pm – however, all of the lights in the store were on. Family waits around in the area until then only to see someone finally show up at store at 5:40 pm, 10 minutes late. Son walks into store and after being rudely greeted with a “What?”, no hello or anything, inquires about online order and if it would be done or if he needed to get a refund. Employee just immediately gives him a refund with no other explanation. Employee was just getting started with slicing some of the meat so no prep work had really been done. We like Jimmy Johns sandwiches, but this has GOT to be the worst owned/managed/run store we have ever encountered. Suffice it to say, we won’t be going back to this store anytime in the future AND we did register a complaint with Jimmy Johns corporate.

I really hope the owner of this store see’s this. I have NEVER had a good experience at this Jimmy John’s experience. I guess it’s a little my fault that I keep going back but I enjoy Jimmy John’s and I’m hopeful. The first time I went they had no cheese, bacon, lettuce or turkey and their soda machine wasn’t working. The second time I went I ordered a sandwich delivery and my sandwich came back just meat and mustard and when I called they said they were out of everything else ordered for that sandwich. And now, just yesterday, April 4th 2023, I went again for the real nail on the head. I walk in not greeted or acknowledged to wait a moment before the teen looks up at me and says we are out of BREAD!! I’m sorry but this location needs to fire everyone and start a new or really just close down. I will never go back and it honestly puts a bad taste in my mouth to order from other Jimmy John’s.

The doors were unlocked with no signs on. A total of 6 people including us came and went. What service we did receive was to inform us he didn’t think he had certain ingredients. Then without checking he was sure he didn’t have cheese…… cheese at a sandwich shop….. so we ask who runs the place and we received a shrug of the shoulders.

This must be among the lowest performing Jimmy Johns, I’m going to give up on this one. The place is ghost town at noon on Friday, not a single customer while I was waiting for my order. The bread is very under baked (extremely doughy) and with the way the meat is cut it makes this sub almost impossible to eat, very sloppy. Not sure what happened to this franchise, but this one is a total stinker!!!

Stopped around 1 pm on Sunday. No cars outside or people inside. Ordered 5 subs, two of which were giants with turkey and cheese only. None of the subs were made correctly. One “giant” was a little bigger than a regular with the end pulled off. The other giant was appropriate length but had lettuce, mayo and tomatoes when it was supposed to be turkey and cheese. One regular was about 4 inches long and significantly shorter than the other 3 regulars. Order took approximately 19 minutes to be made. Only 1 worker inside. $47 for everything to be made incorrectly.

They never have delivery drivers and half the time they don’t even have bread. I don’t know what has happened to this location over the past 2 years, but Covid can’t be your excuse anymore. Don’t offer things you do not have. Everything is online…it can’t be that difficult to edit things in real time for your customers. Also, refund delivery fee and tip when people have to pick up their own food. Poor business ethics. The food is usually pretty good when you can get it. But the headache isn’t worth a sandwich.
